Mike Tyson and his wife, Latakia, purchased a beautiful waterfront mansion in Delray Beach, Florida's prestigious Tierra del Rey Estates, in January 2025. The recently completed six-bedroom, 11-bathroom mansion is around 12,000 square feet and stands on a 2.7-acre site with a private one-acre bass pond.

The estate was purchased for $13 million and includes top-tier facilities such as a guest house, home theatre, gym, and an 80-foot swimming pool. Around the same time, the couple spent $1.7 million on a nearby 2.2-acre property in a private airpark. The estate was completed by late 2024.

Throughout his career, the boxer owned several other properties. Here are some of the homes he has owned or resided in over the years.

Tyson bought his Maryland home with his ex-wife Monica Turner in 1995. The couple stayed there until their divorce in the early 2000s, after she claimed he had committed adultery.

Turner acquired the mansion in the divorce settlement, which is only 30 minutes from Washington, D.C. It has seven bedrooms, a spacious gym, a game room, a swimming pool, a sports court, and a piano room. It also looks over the Congressional Country Club golf course, which has hosted multiple US Open tournaments.

In 1996, Mike paid $2.8 million for a 51,000-square-foot home on 17 acres in Farmington, Connecticut. The mansion, located at 50 Poplar Hill Drive, was constructed in 1985 by a realtor who later pleaded guilty to fraud and received a nine-year jail sentence.

Mike spent millions of dollars remodelling the property. He installed a 1,000-person-capacity nightclub, an indoor gym, an indoor shooting range, over 100 phone extensions, and an NBA-sized basketball court.

In 2003, as part of their divorce and bankruptcy settlement, his ex-wife Monica Turner received the mansion. Turner sold the house to rapper 50 Cent in 2003 for $4.1 million.

Tyson formerly owned a mansion in Ohio. Mike Tyson's mansion had five bedrooms, a full-size pool, and a Jacuzzi, in addition to tiger cages and a basketball court, and was decorated with crystal chandeliers throughout.

He was financially drained at the time and was forced to sell this wonderful mansion in 1999 for approximately £855,000. Interestingly, it has now been transformed into a church. The delipidated pool has since been transformed into a refuge, while the living room has become a gathering spot. The basketball court is still intact, and Mike Tyson's name is inscribed on the front gate.
