When Aishwarya Rai spoke about Aaradhya Bachchan getting upset with paparazzi

There are a lot of actors who try to keep their children away from the cameras. A few days ago, during a media interaction, Alia Bhatt also asked the

paparazzi

not to take pictures of her daughter,

Raha

. She firmly said, "We don’t want to push any sort of action, but we’ll be left with no choice if people don’t listen." A few years back, Aishwarya

Rai Bachchan

also shared her views on this issue.

Aishwarya has always been protective of her daughter, Aaradhya, especially when it comes to media attention. She once spoke about how the constant presence of photographers sometimes upsets Aaradhya. However, she also acknowledged that it is something they have to accept as part of their life.
In a past interview with Pinkvilla, the ‘Dhoom 2’ actress talked about how paparazzi attention sometimes upsets her daughter Aaradhya. She revealed, “It’s there,” Aishwarya said she tells Aaradhya, “What can you do?

She further added, “Protect is the keyword, and it’s the natural instinct of every parent. There’s no getting away from this; it is who we are. And we’ll be like this, I like saying, till my last breath. Having said that, however much we would like to discuss it, it’s not going away. This is the way of our chosen life, this is part of our industry.”
She also mentioned that while it is difficult, celebrities can at least ask the paparazzi to be more mindful around children. “With paparazzi, we can engage on a human level in requesting some semblance of sanity around children. If they’re too loud, you can ask them to tone it down because they’re not going to go away, and we aren’t going to disappear from the face of the Earth.”
Aishwarya pointed out how things have changed with technology. “Thanks to smartphones, everyone is paparazzi. I think intruding on someone’s privacy was, and always will be, an uncomfortable situation.”
Despite the challenges, she has always tried to keep things as normal as possible for Aaradhya. “For us, it’s probably weird because we have lived in a world where it wasn’t there. She’s born into a world where it’s only been there. Fortunately, I’m able to so far keep a twinkle in her eye.”
