American swingman Tamyrik Fields (198-1996, college: Augusta, agency: Interperformances) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 30 points and 11 rebounds (perfect behind the arc making all five shots) for the winners and Hassan Thomas chipped in 15 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Buffaloes' coach felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. French center Alioune Tew (204-1992, college: Niagara, agency: HB-Spain) responded with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 15 rebounds and 4 assists.
