Watch: Vernon Kay addresses I'm A Celebrity All Stars and Celebrity Traitors rumours
Vernon Kay has addressed rumours he is signing up for two big reality show appearances with I'm A Celebrity All Stars and Celebrity Traitors reportedly on the cards.
The BBC Radio 2 presenter told Good Morning Britain he would be reluctant to ruin the "joyous experience" of having taken part in I'm A Celebrity 2020, where the ITV show that is usually set in Australia was moved to a castle in Wales because of Covid travel restrictions.
Kay is rumoured to be joining the cast of a new All Stars series, and his name is also in the mix alongside wife Tess Daly for a celebrity version of BBC hit The Traitors.
Kay called his time in the castle for I'm A Celebrity the "best time ever", but as GMB hosts Susanna Reid and Ed Balls asked whether he would be keen to return for a new All Stars series, he sounded less sure.
He said: "I'm waiting for the phone to ring. But the thing is, I had such a good time in the castle that I don't want the experience to be ruined because what you see on air is stark contrast to what goes on in the castle."

Kay's series was won by Giovanna Fletcher and also included Beverley Callard, Jordan North and Mo Farah in the cast. Kay finished third.
He said: "We bonded really tightly, we had really powerful women in our group and I think that was something that the I'm A Celebrity people have learned. We had amazing people with amazing stories to tell and we sat and listened. I think that's a real powerful trait to have to be able to listen to other people's stories. Some were really, really emotional, what our cast members went through.
"It was a joyous experience and I don't want that to be pushed to one side for something else."
But pressed on whether it would be a definite no if he was asked, Kay replied: "You never know, we've all got to keep the central heating on, Susanna."
Reid and Balls also asked Kay about rumours that he and wife Daly had been asked by her Strictly Come Dancing co-star Claudia Winkleman to take part in a celebrity version of The Traitors, which Winkleman hosts.
He remained non-committal, saying: "It keeps cropping up, this. We haven't been approached - or have we? We're not doing it - or are we? So, we'll see."
On whether he or Daly would be the better Traitor, he said: "Tess always laughs when she tells a fib, whereas I'm terrible. It's not convincing."
"I think it would be an interesting psychological experience, The Traitors," he added.
Kay and Daly aren't the only big names rumoured for a famous players version of BBC One hit The Traitors.
Other names regularly touted as being lined up to enter the castle for Celebrity Traitors include Stephen Fry, who has hinted that he would be interested, and Courteney Cox who is a close friend of host Winkleman.
Daisy May Cooper is thought to be taking part with her brother Charlie, Alan Carr is reported to be signed up, and Jonathan Ross and Clare Balding are other big names thought to be in the cast.
Celebrity Traitors is expected to air on BBC One later this year, after the third series of the main show aired in January.
Good Morning Britain airs on ITV1 at 6am on weekdays.
