ARLINGTON, VA – The USA Rice Millers’ Association (RMA) recently added HTS Commodities, a division of HilltopSecurities, as an allied server associate.

Created in July 2021, HTS Commodities is a futures broker and risk management firm specializing in the agriculture and food sectors with a specific interest in issues that impact the rice industry.
