NEW YORK, May 23 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 jolted 87 km N of Nyngan, Australia at 2025-05-23 16:36:13 GMT on Friday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 8.3 km, was initially determined to be at 30.79 degrees south latitude and 147.36 degrees east longitude. ■
