Every day for the past week I have been getting notices that a request for Apple Cash is being declined due to insufficient funds. Apparently this

”merchant” was able to get cash a couple of months ago although I did not discover it until I started getting the decline notices. I immediately transferred all available cash to my bank as I figured when there was enough to cover the request it would go through. I have reported this issue to Apple 8 times but have not received any response. How do I get a hold of someone to report this issue ? On the phone, not via the “report issue” option.
