Defending champion B.C. Zalgiris Kaunas (LKL) agreed terms with 29-year old American forward Dustin Sleva (203cm-102kg-1995, college: Shippensburg) for new 2025-26 season. Sleva played last season at Besiktas in Turkish BSL league. In 42 games he had 11.0ppg, 5.8rpg, 1.6apg and 1.1spg (in top 2). He helped them to make it to both league and Cup finals after they ended regular season as second best team. 2024-25 was a great year as he was named to Eurobasket.com All-Turkish League All-Imports Team and League Player of the Week. Sleva also played 19 games in Eurocup where he recorded 10.3ppg, 3.5rpg, 1.1apg and 1.8spg.
He is quite experienced player. Sleva has played also professionally in France (Paris Basket), Germany (Braunschweig), Spain (UCAM), The Basketball Tournament (Zoo Crew and D2 Waymakers) and NBA Summer League (GS Warriors). he was also voted All-PSAC East Division Player of the Year back in 2017 and 2018.
His college team won PSAC Tournament in 2017.
He graduated from Shippensburg University in 2018 and it will be his eighth season as a professional player.
