Travis Kelce pays clever Taylor Swift tribute in Chiefs locker room interview - NewsBreak
Travis Kelce could not help but reference a Taylor Swift song after his best renaissance performance against the Houston Texans helped lead his Kansas City Chiefs to the win.
Kelce went off for 117 yards on seven catches and a touchdown as Patrick Mahomes go-to option throughout the game. After what has been a subpar year by his standards, he stepped up in the Chiefs' first postseason game of the year.
He had the most yards in a game all season in the win after coming into the game under scrutiny with fans believing he could retire at the end of the season. And when asked if he's feeling back to his best after the showing, Kelce threw in a reference to Swift's song, 22.

A reporter had asked if him if he feels 25 again again, as Kelce smiled and said: "22 baby, 22... Anytime you can get healthy and work on the body late in the season, I am going to take it all the time.
"You saw me do it last year, I am always appreciative of the hard work we put in. 100 percent, I felt better. There is nothing better than playoff football, especially up here at Arrowhead. The crowd is always electric.
"But the feeling that you get playing in the games with the guys you work with all year with, it's the most gratifying feeling. Once I get the ball in my hands, I feel like I am different player. But we're focused on the next task ahead."
Mahomes also spoke glowingly on Kelce's performance against the Texans, in what had been a much-needed game from the tight end with the Chiefs' receivers struggling to get open throughout the afternoon.
Mahomes said: "You know eight-seven was gonna show up whenever [there's] a big time moment, and he did that. I mean, everybody was asking, 'Where's Travis Kelce at?' And I think he showed the world where he's at."
The Chiefs will now be set to play the winner of the Buffalo Bills' home game against the Baltimore Ravens, with MVP candidates Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson to face each other.
