Trackon to expand franchise network in South India for last-mile delivery boost

Ecommerce-focused logistics firm Xpressbees acquired New Delhi-based courier firm Trackon in an all-cash transaction in the year 2023. Trackon has largely been focussed in the northern and western parts of the country.
Trackon’s franchise model has been a key driver of its growth, contributing significantly to its annual turnover, which has now surpassed Rs 500 crore. With over 6500 franchise partners, the company has expanded its reach to over 15,000 pin codes.
As part of its expansion strategy, Trackon is also investing in technology to streamline franchise operations. The company is integrating AI-driven tracking systems, automated dispatch management, and real-time delivery updates.
