TPConnects Technologies, a leading IATA-certified global travel aggregator and distribution technology company, has announced the successful integration of New Distribution Capability (NDC) content and servicing for Air France and KLM on its Iris platform. This move strengthens the distribution capabilities for one of Europe’s largest airline groups and expands TPConnects' network of airline partnerships.

TPConnects is known for its global reach and is a prominent aggregator offering access to airlines' NDC content along with traditional EDIFACT, LCC, and aggregator content through the Iris platform. This enables travel agencies to seamlessly shop and service airline content, offering the best available products and fares to clients through a single interface.

With the introduction of NDC content from Air France and KLM, travel sellers using Iris will have access to an expanded range of services and products. These include all fare families, additional seat and baggage options, special meal requests, and innovative features like Dynamic Seat Bundles. The integration also guarantees live availability and real-time pricing from booking to issuance, alongside seamless servicing capabilities like itinerary changes before and after payment.

Giuseppe Candela, VP of Global Sales at TPConnects Technologies, commented, “Integrating Air France and KLM’s NDC content into Iris reinforces our commitment to offering comprehensive airline content. This collaboration enhances our platform’s offerings, benefitting travel sellers worldwide.”

Hichame Lahkim Bennani, Commercial Director for Air France – KLM in India and the Middle East, added, “This integration is an important step in our NDC distribution strategy. By joining forces with TPConnects, we expand our reach while providing travel sellers with easy access to our broader product and service range through advanced distribution technology.”
