The real reason Brooklyn Beckham didn't visit parents David and Victoria when he was in London - NewsBreak

Published 2 days ago3 minute read

Brooklyn Beckham reportedly decided not to visit his parents, Victoria and David Beckham, while in London to avoid an unpleasant interaction.

Brooklyn didn’t reach out to his famous parents earlier this month during his “quick” work trip across the pond “because things are tense and he didn’t think it would be a productive conversation,” an insider told Us Weekly Tuesday.

The source further explained that the 26-year-old “didn’t want to deal with it” as he’s “trying to let things go right now and is giving everyone space.”

Nicola Peltz behind ‘hostage’ Brooklyn Beckham’s bizarre motorcycle video: report

According to the outlet, Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Peltz, “have not been in touch” with his famous parents since they missed the retired soccer legend’s 50th birthday bash earlier this month.

The source further claimed that Brooklyn and Peltz, 30, are currently “just doing their own thing.”

“They have their own separate lives and have been carrying on for now,” the insider said.

Reps for Brooklyn weren’t immediately available to Page Six for comment.

Last week, an insider confirmed to Page Six that Brooklyn did not visit David and Victoria when he traveled to his home country for a Moncler photo shoot amid their rumored family feud.

“It’s sad, really,” we were told. “David and Victoria didn’t even know Brooklyn was in London. It’s becoming increasingly clear how strained things are behind the scenes.”

Another source told us that Brooklyn and Peltz made no effort to attend David’s star-studded 50th birthday celebrations.

“David and Victoria always turn up for Brooklyn and Nicola, whether it’s for the launch of his hot sauce brand or her movie premiere. This is just very sad,” the source said.

“Brooklyn’s family adores him and will always be there for him. They just can’t deal with this nonsense anymore.”

Peltz also fueled the feud rumors this month when she excluded the Spice Girls alum from a Mother’s Day tribute.

Brooklyn, meanwhile, didn’t appear to be bothered by the alleged rift with his parents as he declared he would “always choose” his wife.

On Saturday, the amateur chef shared a video of himself and the actress riding a motorcycle as his loved ones reportedly fear that he’s being “controlled” by Peltz.

The couple has been married since April 2022.
