The Peplum Jacket Trend Everyone Will Be Wearing Through 2026 | Who What Wear
Published 6 hours ago• 3 minute read
One of the biggest trends we saw on the fall/winter 2025 runways? Curvature. Silhouettes were far from consistent—with everything from hourglass blazers to barrel denim appearing on the runways—but curved lines and voluminous shapes remained ubiquitous. Among the varying shapes hitting the runways, peplum was a standout, which is already translating to how the fashion set is shopping. Specifically, peplum jackets are emerging as a key item to own, and they've already been picking up and will continue to be popular into fall and through 2026.
Designers such as Givenchy and Fendi endorsed the trend during fashion month. Off the runway, brands such as Liberowe and Attersee have been releasing cult buys for many seasons over that fashion insiders can't seem to get enough of, which is evident since the styles continue to return season after season in new fabrications and colorways. Ahead, shop the peplum-jacket trend.
