Summer may be fast approaching, but Sydney Sweeney isn’t leaving her boots behind. Heading to a “Good Morning America” interview in New York City on Wednesday to promote her movie “Echo Valley,” she proved knee-high boots have a place in warm-weather wardrobes as she stepped out wearing a black pair with a Coperni look.
Sweeney pulled out the year-round shoe staple to show off an enduring fashion combo befitting either daytime interviews or nighttime soirees: boots and skirts.
With her bright white skirt hitting mid-thigh in front, her sleek leather boots were on full display, boasting a pointed toe, leg-hugging shaft and simple block heel, which offered the Hey Dude ambassador (who mentioned her short stature to FN) a boost in height. A linear indentation down the shaft offered a crisp aesthetic to the boots, while a gold side zipper provided subtle glamour in addition to functionality.
The skirt and top set, also worn by Chase Sui Wonders on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” last month, hails from Coperni’s fall 2025 ready-to-wear collection, which was presented in March during Paris Fashion Week amidst a local area network video game party.
It’s been a whirlwind of looks for Sydney Sweeney over the past couple of days as she attends various press engagements.
On Tuesday, Sweeney dressed up in a Burberry hybrid trenchcoat-dress look, paired with mule heels bearing the English brand’s signature plaid. The shoes showcased a minimalist silhouette, featuring a singular hourglass toe strap and backless design.
One of Sweeney’s Wednesday outfits included shiny brown slingback pumps and a fall 1995 brown pinstriped suit dress from Jean Paul Gaultier; the shoes featured a sharply pointed toe offering an edge to her outfit.
Sweeney is promoting “Echo Valley,” her new thriller, also featuring Julianne Moore, which will debut on Apple TV+ on June 13.
