Kris Jenner has been honest about the plastic surgery procedures she's received over the years.
The Kardashian matriarch began her journey with plastic surgery when she got breast implants in the 1980s after giving birth to her first four children: Kourtney, Kim, Khloé and Rob Kardashian. She has continued her cosmetic upkeep and revealed that she's gotten Botox and fillers over the years.
In addition, Jenner also shared that she got her first facelift in 2011 from the same doctor who worked on daughter Kylie Jenner's breast augmentation. In 2025, she received aesthetic enhancements from a plastic surgeon in New York City.
"You have to do what makes you feel good, first of all," she said on a 2015 episode of Good Work. "You can’t do something because somebody else wants you to do it, and then you have to do great research on the doctor that you choose."

Kris Jenner revealed that she received breast implants in the 1980s after she gave birth to her first four children, whom she welcomed with the late Robert Kardashian.
"I had a boob job in the '80s after four kids, because gravity took over," she said on Good Work in 2015.
The Kardashians star explained that her breast implants were "great" for roughly 30 years, but after she welcomed her younger daughters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, she "felt like they were too big" and got them revised.
"A couple years ago, I felt like they were too big, and I felt matronly and nothing fit anymore and suddenly it was like, get them out!" she added. "So, the same doctor who put them in, he took them out and then had to do a little lift and then put smaller ones in."

In 2011, Jenner went under the knife and received her first facelift while documenting her surgery on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
Jenner let cameras follow her in the procedure room while Dr. Garth Fisher outlined parts of her neck and face, and Kim stood alongside her.
"I've never had such a stressful morning, honestly, in my life," Jenner said during the episode and got emotional before the procedure. Kim comforted her and told her after the surgery, "Mom, you look fab! You look gorgeous."
She reflected on the surgery four years later and raved about working with Dr. Fisher. "When I did my neck on camera for Keeping Up, Garth Fisher did it," she said on Good Work. "Garth's a great surgeon, so Garth is somebody that I’ve trusted with my kids and friends and everybody else."
Years after she got her first facelift from Dr. Fisher, her youngest daughter, Kylie, revealed that Dr. Fisher was the same doctor responsible for her own breast augmentation at age 19. After Kylie shared the news on social media in June 2025, Dr. Fisher took to Instagram to write how "honored" he was to "be acknowledged by Kylie." Kris commented under the post about how Dr. Fisher is a "superstar class act."
"You did my first facelift in 2011… 14 years ago!!!," she wrote, "and made it the most amazing experience ever and even gave us access to film so that others could get a peek inside what it’s like and not be afraid. You have taken great care of us always and remain such a close and treasured friend!! Such an incredible talent!!"

Just like she did in 2011, Jenner took KUWTK cameras with her when she got her earlobes surgically reduced in 2018. Prior to her surgery, Jenner admitted that it was a big insecurity of hers and felt like she had the "biggest earlobes in the universe."
“All I want is just cute ears. Ever since Kim made a comment about my ears I’ve always wondered and now I am looking in the mirror obsessively like, ‘Are they too big?' " she wondered on an episode of KUWTK. “I learned that your nose and your ears keep growing your whole life. I think that the decision to do something about my ever-changing ears is suddenly a priority.”
Jenner got the procedure done by Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Jason B. Diamond and explained that she wanted to "get everything kind of moved up to the right place."
“So what we do is cut out a wedge of tissue that looks something like this,” Dr. Diamond said while drawing on Jenner's ear. “So all of that is gone and it just brings this up.”
She brought along Kim for the surgery, which took around 30 minutes, and Kim didn't hold back from making graphic comments throughout the process. "Oh my God, can you believe you’re cutting your f------ ears off?” Kim said while laughing.
After the procedure, Kim complimented her mom and told her, "Your ear looks like a normal ear now!”

In addition to getting more significant surgeries, Jenner has also shared that she keeps up with various injections.
"[I get] Botox and fillers and laser and things like that," she said on Good Work.
In 2019, Jenner even partnered with Botox Cosmetic to gift her friends and family Botox gift cards for the holidays.
“It’s a one stop shop for me,” Jenner told PEOPLE at the time. “And who doesn’t love Botox? For me it’s been really great. If you’re responsible, and you talk to your doctor, I think it works. It’s something that I’ve been using for a long time.”
Meanwhile, she said the rest of her beauty routine is "pretty simple." "A massage, a great facial, a manicure and a little Botox and I’m good to go. I’m pretty traditional," she said. "As long as I’m clean and scrubbed up, I’m a happy camper.”

Jenner had to face a "very scary" procedure in 2022 when she got her hip replaced. The business mogul visited an orthopedic surgeon after experiencing pain in her right hip and feeling like she "literally couldn't walk" without a cane.
After the doctor informed her that she'd need a hip replacement, Jenner got emotional while admitting that it was "very scary" for her.
"It reminds me of somebody older than I feel on the inside and somebody who is going to have challenges for the rest of her life. This is serious," Jenner said on an episode of The Kardashians in October 2022.
Jenner relayed the information to her kids and began to cry while explaining, "It's just a mindf---. You just realize you don't have that much more time. It's like suddenly, I can't do all the things ... My hip goes out, my knee is torn. I have an eye infection, I can't see ... It's the realization that I'm getting older ... It messes with your head because I've always felt like I was 40 years old."
After undergoing the surgery, she said that she felt like a "bionic woman" but was recovering properly.
"I've walked twice. I got up the first time to walk on my little walker over there. It was painful, but it's like, hey let's keep doing this," Jenner said, while later adding in a confessional that she's "feeling pretty good."
She continued, "I am determined to live again without this pain. Me and my family have so many exciting things going on that I don't wanna miss a thing."

In May 2025, Jenner stunned fans when she posted pictures from Lauren Sánchez's star-studded bachelorette party. Fans quickly took to social media to speculate about her youthful appearance while noting how much she resembled her younger daughters.
PEOPLE later confirmed that Jenner underwent aesthetic enhancements from New York City plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Levine. However, it has not been revealed exactly what Jenner had done.
Dr. Levine is a board-certified "aesthetic and reconstructive" surgeon who "specializes in natural-looking enhancements of the face, breasts, and body," according to his practice's website. His practice performs procedures including breast augmentations, tummy tucks and different types of facelifts.
Jenner has not spoken about her most recent procedure, but Kim previously gave her nod of approval.

In addition to Jenner speaking about plastic surgery she has received, she's also shut down rumors over what she hasn't had done.
"I get a lot of people saying I had my nose done, like people [say], 'Look at her nose!' [I] never had my nose done," she said on Good Work in 2015. "[I] have the same nose I was born with, and they say that about all my kids. We haven’t had our noses done."
However, four years after Jenner made the comment, Khloé underwent rhinoplasty and later confirmed the procedure in 2022.
"My whole life I would say — I've always wanted my nose done, forever," Khloé told host Robin Roberts during an ABC special on her family in 2022. "But it's in the middle of your face and it's scary to think about. But I finally got the courage, and I did it, and I love it."
