CHAPTER 7 – Enforcement Tools

A number of tools have been developed to fly the major false kites described in the last chapter. These are being used to force on society, the uptake of the three ‘trans’ products of new sexuality, genetically modified foods, and genetically modified humanity.  In this chapter, we describe these tools under three broad categories as Education-Technology, Environment-Health, and Socio-Economics.

Briefly, here is the basic mechanism involved: Via, both the formal and informal education sectors (including the social media and emerging ICT), various narratives are developed and sold to a vulnerable public concerning developments in the Environment-Health sector.  Such propagandist/misinformation/disinformation narratives, are further reinforced with carefully-applied social-economic pressures including poverty weaponized.  The ultimate end-goal of all these being to coerce every human made in the image of God to welcome into their body, routine deployment of mRNA products, either in the name of healthcare (e.g. “vaccines”), food, or for some other “indispensable” social benefits (e.g digital social identity).

EDUCATION-TECHNOLOGY TOOL

Education occupies a critical space in society. It is a major force that can be deployed either for good or evil, depending on who is in charge, and what their ultimate agenda are.  Both mind development and mind manipulation are formally carried out under the cover of education.

Education of children is particularly critical, since their mind is like the proverbial tabula rasa (blank boards), uncritically absorbing whatever information is presented to it by whoever.  Ideas imbibed by children, of course, determines the shape of the society in the decades ahead.  The famous behaviorist, B.F. Skinner was quoted to have said: “Give me a child, and I’ll shape him into anything.”¹

With the convention embraced by contemporary society, children from very early ages, now spend a great deal of time receiving formal education, causing them to spend more time at school than anywhere else – home, church, or socials. In contemporary society, compulsory formal education, especially for children. is deemed a veritable index of progress.  Furthermore, in order to guarantee that the required lessons and values are adequately transmitted, some societies now make it mandatory that children receive such mandatory formal education at public institutions together with peers, under the supervision of the State, rather than at some privately-organized setting, such as “home-schooling”.

Germany is particularly notorious in this regard. Here are two google AI generated responses to the search words “Germany homeschooling policy” (accessed on 2^nd January 2025):

“Homeschooling is generally not permitted in Germany. The country has compulsory school attendance laws that require all children to attend a recognized school from the age of six to 16. There are few exceptions, such as if a child's health prevents them from attending school.”

“Germany's federal constitutional court believes that school is the best place for children to learn social skills and tolerance. Parents can be fined for taking their children out of school without permission from the school's headteacher. The amount of the fine varies by state, but can range from €35 per day in Bremen to €2,500 in Berlin. Repeat offenders may face prosecution.”

Virtually all western countries express sympathy for this position, to various degrees.  For example, as reported by Church Arise! way back in 2008, educational authorities in the state of California in the United States, determined that parents who have no teaching qualifications appropriate for the age-grade of a particular child, could not homeschool such a child themselves.  This, in practical terms, amounts to proscription of homeschooling! Fortunately, the estimated 166,000 homeschoolers in the state at that time took to the courts and eventually got a reprieve².

Sadly, this mandate regulating the school environment, has turned out largely to be a ruse to render the learning environment anti-Christian. For example, statistics from the United States indicated a 70-to-80 percent likelihood that a [Christian] child will abandon the church and their faith in a public-school career! ³

Indeed, there have been numerous instances, where agents of the State demonstrated incredible animosity against Christian prayers or fellowship anywhere within the school environment – even outside the classroom.  Decreeing that any high school student mentioning the name of Jesus in a graduation prayer would be sentenced to a six-month jail term, U.S. District Court Judge Samuel B. Kent of the Southern District of Texas, in 1995, infamously warned⁴:

"Anyone who violates these orders, no kidding, is going to wish that he or she had died as a child when this court gets through with it."

The main interest of the State in education of children, however is the curriculum: what exactly is to be taught?  Again, on this note also, there has been many incredible bias demonstrated against the Christian faith.  For example, some twenty years ago, there was a strong movement that atheism should be  officially taught in schools,  as part of Religious Education!.⁵  Thankfully, the move eventually collapsed⁶.  Likewise, at a time back home in Nigeria, under the auspice of a Minister of Education who was an Eckist,  Eckankar religious ideas were to be introduced into formal curriculum in Nigerian schools!⁷  To the glory of God, that counsel also was frustrated We might interject here to note that the founder of Eckankar, one Paul Twitchell, freely acknowledged the new ager Helena Blavastky as a key “inspiration” for his idea (Letter to Gail, book 2)⁸.

One situation that attracted not just our attention but active involvement at Church Arise! was the Bodnarius case in Norway in 2016. Apparently for suggesting to a young daughter that some conducts could be “sinful,” the Norwegian Social Department (Barnevernet) decided to seize from Marius and Ruth Bodnarius their four children!  In addition to actively promoting an international petition, Church Arise! interacted with the Norwegian ambassador in Nigeria, via exchange of mails, to plead the case.  Thankfully, an unprecedented speedy resolution came for the Bodnarius in about 7 months⁹.

A fundamental issue in educational curricula is the “science” of origins, with the official position being the dubious Darwin’s evolution theory. This provides the academic leverage and basis for promoting the “new sexuality” and “Transspeciesm” to students. As reported in Vol 10 No 1 of ChurchArise!, even Christian Evangelical schools in Quebec, Canada, were bluntly told  they must teach Darwin's theory of evolution and sex education or fold up their operations¹⁰.  In our opinion, if someone can be convinced to believe that they originated from “nothing”, via evolution theory, then such a fellow can practically be made, in due course, to believe ANYTHING!

As for the “new sexuality,” its embrace has led to Health Clinics in elementary schools offering condoms and Birth Control commodities to pupils - without any recourse to parental consent¹¹; teaching of “Pleasure Activism” at high schools¹², and higher Institutions such as the University of Cincinnati, in the United States, officially organizing “sexploration” meetings as legitimate academic exercises¹³.

All of these are direct specifications from the satanic blueprint¹⁴ revealed through Alice Bailey as previously discussed in chapter two.  However, the actual take-off in modern times would be traced to Robert Muller, who presented his so-called World Core Curriculum to the United Nations around 1986. The manual (in the Preface) freely acknowledged a certain Djwhal Khul (a non-human entity!) as the source of inspiration¹⁶.  The World Core Curriculum is extensively described¹⁷ by Gary H. Kah in his book the New World Religion.  It is the direct source for much of the directions set by the UN on Environment, Food, Sexuality, Health, and general global Governance. It is the foundation for the key ‘trans’ Products we have been discussing in this book.

Apart from the curriculum, the next crucial question is how to effectively pass the contents of the curriculum down to the pupils.  This boils down to asking who teaches the curriculum and how is it taught?  This is where technology is fast weighing in.  With the advent of EdTech, and AI, not only are traditional skills (such as mental calculation), becoming redundant for students to develop, automatic language translation, essay generation, and other features are adversely affecting their abilities for critical thinking and expression of thoughts.  The Karolinska Institute in Sweden recently published a report emphatically indicating that “there is clear scientific evidence that EdTech tools impair, rather than enhance learning”¹⁸ . Steve Jobs, creator of the iPad, reportedly did not allow his own children to use the product¹⁹.  Many academic platforms are now filled with regular cries of woes from educators, decrying the rapid decline in their students learning, due to increasing dependence on AI even for the most basic tasks.  And it seems, we are still just seeing the tip of the iceberg!

The latest development in the emerging AI-driven technology, is the supplementation of human teachers by AI humanoid teachers who teach dispassionately the required contents of the curriculum, which some human teachers might want to subvert.   Examples of robots now teaching in classes include Saya in Japanese Schools²⁰  Keeko robots in China,²¹ and IRIS in India.²² 

Of course, tremendous efforts at molding public opinions, are also going on in the informal education sector outside the classroom.  The goal of these is to indoctrinate the public and goad them along into embracing the corrupting products discussed in this book.  The social media and “edutainment” sectors are intensely being used for this purpose.  Personalized advertisement and news items now routinely pop up unsolicited on several digital apps.

The effectiveness of this tool is hardly contestable.  For instance, the critical role of the social media in shaping the outcome of elections is now very well recognized.²³   Likewise, there is increasing outrage from the public at the seeming commitment of Disney to steer the next generation along the path of the new LGBTQ sexuality. ²⁴ Hollywood (and the other “woods”) are quietly going about the same assignment among the the adult population.  Indeed, at a Media Awards in 2016, gay activists frankly admitted that their strategy to influence the public toward acceptance of homosexuality was through the media of television, movies, and mainstream news. Gay activist Sarah Kate Ellis, expatiated: “With over 100 anti-LGBT bills in state and local levels, our strategy is you: The entertainment industry.”²⁵   Ditto, on the social media, well-paid professional gas-lighters labour 24/7 serving as “Content Creators”, or “Facts Checkers” to influence public opinions, shifting them along the paths set by their globalist Paymasters.  All these are facilitated by modern technology and big data science.

The climax of technology in this end-time generation, is the implanted nanochip as discussed in Chapter five.  We have described fine details of its progressive march over the years in several articles on Church Arise!.  (See Chapter four of BICQ Vol 1 for a systematic compilation).  As we have advanced in Section II of this book, however, all these developments are essentially paving the way for biological chips and eventually the implanted mRNA.  These issues, and their eventual devolvement into spirituality matters are summarized in the following sample article, from our blog²⁶:

End-Time Technology: Regularizing the Arcane

In vol 8 No 4, we discussed New Agers’ description of their mission as “externalizing the Hierarchy”.  They believe that a group of invisible entities known as the “Hierarchy” has been in charge of affairs on planet earth for eons, and that those folks have now determined that the time is ripe for them to manifest themselves as direct players in the field of government, business, education and other spheres of human existence on the planet.  The climax of such “externalization”, according to ardent new agers, will be the coming of a messianic Mr Fix-it-all guy, adoringly called the “Coming One.”

Of course Christians understand that this so-called “Hierarchy” is nothing but a cheap conclave of demons who are getting more desperate to partake in activities on this planet as they discern the imminent coming of their ultimate nightmare - the Lord Jesus Christ! (Rev 12:12). And the “Coming One” new agers are frantically preparing the ground for is none else but the antichrist, the man of sin.

Adopting similar terminology, we may describe current developments in the area of science and technology as attempts to “regularize the arcane.”  Strenuous efforts are being made to translate to regular everyday technology, what used to pass for arcane or occult knowledge not too long ago.  This not only makes such knowledge more easily-available and deployable, it also makes it more acceptable in many cases.

For example, concepts such as thought control. hypnosis, teleportation and telekinesis, zombiesm, etc have been around for probably as long as man has been on this planet.  All these are well established in both the Bible and occult sources; and they are recognized as “spiritual exercises” (though most are really operations in the realm of the human soul, rather than the spirit).  Now as mankind approaches the climax of the soulish pathway it chose when Adam and Eve bit into the forbidden fruit of the tree of knowledge, it would seem no one needs to be “spiritual” anymore before accessing these previously esoteric dimensions.  With the right apps, the arcane is now becoming available in a regular, scientific manner. As we have written before, the bio-implantable microchip seems to be the key product providing this link between the arcane and regular technology.

To cut the story short, it can be surmised that all the key developments in science and technology have been such to develop the bio-implantable microchip into an indispensable product for living here on earth in the near future.    For now, the chip which gets more miniaturized month after month  - allowing it to accommodate more functions,  is providing solutions in  identity management, commerce, access control,   wireless telecommunication (as in Google Glass),  etc.  These and many others are described in our previous articles (e.g. vol 9 no 4, vol 9 no 5 and vol 10 no 3). 

The new trend now, which is taking the implantable microchip to a new level is in the combination of these previous applications with new applications in the area of human health.  What began as applications in monitoring of health status of some vulnerable population (e.g. elderly, infirm, infants, etc) and automatic wireless communication of such status to some experts in case of emergency, has now spread to the rest of the population.  The clear direction is to be able to use the implantable microchip to automatically dispense internally needed therapy and medication.  Who can argue against such applications?

We are currently at the point of deploying implanted microchip arrays to deliver various health products including vaccines for family planning, and for emerging diseases with potentials of becoming pandemic (think for instance about ebola or SARS).  This latest initiative, driven by none else than Mr Bill Gates, is described in an article at http://www.cnet.com/news/remote-controlled-chip-implant-could-be-the-future-of-contraceptives/.  It is capable of keeping a woman sterilized for up to 16 years.

As usual, after glamorizing the potential benefits of this kind of development, the real core problems are glossed over.  Describing a particular product being developed at MicroCHIPS in Lexington, Massachusetts, the article concludes with the following words: “While the chip has demonstrated a variety of uses, encrypting it to protect against a data breach is still a problem that needs resolving as the team hopes to move forward to FDA approval and an eventual market launch by 2018.“   A recent article in Prophecy News Watch catalogues ways in which microchip implants are becoming literally indispensable in modern society.  It concludes that microchip implants are in fact going to be “Not Optional” in matter of time. What is being casually glossed over here is the big problem of other parties remotely accessing and controlling the implanted chip – and therefore the implanted person.  While the world is made to think of this problem in terms of hackers and purveyors of malwares and viruses, the real problem, according to the Bible, is actually the people who developed and will manage the technology! Especially when one understands that the whole point about most of our technology today is about regularizing the arcane so as to hasten the externalization of the Hierarchy!  With so many apps already linked with the implanted microchip, what is there to stop some government institution, (even if not now, sometime in the future), from remotely accessing the microchip thereby turning it into a tool for mass control of the population?  The Bible suggests that this scenario will certainly play out at some stage on this planet!

Christians of course can continue to participate both in the development and use of even this line of technology (short of receiving implants, of course!)  But we must be soundly aware where it will all lead eventually, while jealously and diligently guarding our hearts!  For instance, availability of GIS-devices and remote traffic monitor should not lead to the neglect of prayer and seeking of guidance from the Holy Spirit.  Indeed, with all the known and yet unknown hazards associated with most of modern technology, the best access to sound health still remains via the stripes of the Lord Jesus Christ and not some nice-looking latest gadget.  Emerging technology may multiply knowledge and make it more readily available, but there is still no other source for wisdom than via the fear of God (Psalm 111:10; Prov.1:7, 2:5,). Spirit-minded Christians must prefer the tree of Life to that of Knowledge. (Rom 8:1-6).

THE ENVIRONMENT-HEALTH TOOL

The Environment Health sector is the star actor of all the plots crafted and shoved unto the general public to sell the trans products.  As we discussed in the last Chapter, two key kites being flown in this regard are the Environment and the Pandemic kites.  The reality is that “environment and health” can now be actually weaponized to serve as a tool compelling desired responses from an unwary public. This especially so, in the presence of the Education-Technology tool to shape the narratives, and as we shall be discussing further in the next section, the Socio-Economics tool to help people believe even the most incredible narratives.

Weaponised Weather

A clear aspect of environmental manipulation is Weather and Climate modification.  These are well-documented and well- established practices, even if most people are unaware that such capabilities exist and that the practice is rife - no thanks to the tight control of information available to the public.  The few that do get to hear about these practices are largely trained to wave it all aside as part of some “conspiracy theory”. And there is the popularized narrative indicting “climate change” for any incidence of adverse weather.

In a youtube interview, Carolyn Roberts, a Professor of Geoengineering at the Gresham College, London, affirmed that not just weather, but Climate, is being modified by various parties.  She admitted that such a development could indeed be worrisome, seeing that it amounted to experimenting, with half-baked knowledge, with the only planet we have as our home.²⁷

On the official website of the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), it is freely admitted that Weather Modification activities are ongoing.  The site describes “weather modification” as “Any activity performed with the intention of producing artificial changes in the composition, behavior, or dynamics of the atmosphere.”²⁸.  The site further documents steps to be taken by entities wishing to conduct weather modification activities.  According to the website, “Companies that intend to engage in weather modification activities within the United States are required by the Weather Modification Act of 1976 (15 Code of Federal Regulations § 908) to provide a report to the Administrator of NOAA at least 10 days prior to undertaking the activity.”

This official government website then goes on to list 9 different kinds of weather modification activities which must be reported to the Agency.  These include activities that could “alter the development of hail or lightning”; “modify the solar radiation exchange of the earth or clouds”, using fires or heat sources to influence convective circulation or to evaporate fog; generate winds artificially, or generally “modify the weather or climate”.

Ty and Charlene Bollinger in a blog post ²⁹ provided some history of official US government projects involving “weather modification”. It dated back to 1947, when the US military in collaboration with General Electric carried out Project Cirrus in which they attempted to dissipate and alter the trajectory of a hurricane by dropping dry ice into its swirling depths.  In Project STORMFURY, in the 1960s, silver iodide was used in place of dry ice to attempt similar objectives.  Operation Popeye was an official military operation employed during the Vietname War, using cloud seeding, to extend the monsoon season over North Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. This ensured that the Ho Chi Minh Trail was flooded, cutting off supplies to enemy forces. The operation was highly classified and remained a secret until it was revealed in the early 1970s. Following its revelation, the UN came up with a treaty, Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques (ENMOD), barring the use of weather modification, specifically weather weapon technology. 

Weather modification research however continued to thrive, with several patents being filed. On the surface, these patents were meant to tackle “global warming” but the various governments clearly had their own agendas.  In 1993, The US Air Force began construction on a $290 million project - the ‘High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program’ (HAARP).  Officially it is meant to improve communication systems, but the involvement of the DARPA (the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) and the Air Force led to suggestions there are other agenda.  Proposals implemented under HAARP’s ionosphere research included those seeking to modify atmospheric conditions, influence weather patterns, and obstruct (enemies’) surveillance systems.

Ty and Charleston wrote: “At the turn of the 21^st century, as technology advanced, so did the tools for controlling the weather. A series of patents filed in the 2000s confirm that governments and private corporations were perfecting methods to manipulate weather using satellites, drones, and cloud-seeding techniques. Patent US20030085296A1 lays out the process for controlling hurricanes through cloud-seeding, while Patent US20100072297A1 proposes using drones to control hurricanes.” Other eyebrow-raising patents included  Patent US3899144A and Patent US1619183 which are for chemtrails and geoengineering.

The next frontier in weather control is the use of Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) which, though developed for defense – as in disabling enemy missiles, drones, and other threats with pinpoint accuracy, could also be “repurposed” for weather modification.

Directed Energy Weapons emit highly focused energy beams, typically in the form of lasers or microwaves, which have the potential to influence various atmospheric processes. The Office of Naval Research refers to DEWs as “high-power microwaves.” These systems can be used to deliver concentrated energy over vast distances with extreme precision.  In a featured 2013 video on “CBS This Morning,” Michio Kaku, a physics professor at City College of New York, gave details on how scientists and researchers are able to manipulate rain and lightning using lasers³⁰. 

Directed Energy Weapon technologies can alter atmospheric conditions by heating specific areas, influencing weather patterns, and even sparking wildfires. By drying out regions or focusing intense heat, DEWs could exacerbate fires, raising questions about whether certain blazes were natural disasters or man-made phenomena.  Insinuations³¹ about the actual origins of some recent high-profile high-impact events such as the wildfires at Hawaii and Los Angeles; and the Hurricane at Florida are fuelled in the first instance by the appalling responses³² of responsible authorities to contain them (or, at least, limit their impact).  Even more damning are subsequent decisions of these bodies that had failed so woefully in foreseeing, preventing, or containing the disasters, to declare that “well, we can’t let the disaster go waste.” ^{33, 34, 35} This famous phrase implies readiness of authorities to implement, in the wake of disasters, certain policy elements in the globalists’ agenda, which would have been difficult to implement had the disasters not occurred.

In the cases of the Hawaii and LA fires, authorities saw the opportunity to rebuild according to the “Smart city” specifications that would make it very easy to control people’s movements and living – as allegedly trialed out with certain lockdown specifications during the dark COVID days. 

Weaponized Pandemics: “Plandemics”

While physical environmental catastrophes such as floods, wildfires, hurricanes, and the likes obviously can be extremely devastating and traumatic, their impacts are invariably relatively local.  The real value of engineered environmental catastrophes as instruments of controlling people at the global level, is to drive climate change narratives which are then used to justify gain-of-function research, which in turn paves the ground for the emergence of “plandemics” – planned pandemics!

Pandemics, by definition, are infectious diseases affecting a significant portion of humankind, across nations and continents, and therefore require global actions from all nations. The whole point of gain-of-function” research, ostensibly, is to predict future mutation routes for pathogenic organisms, and accordingly prepare ahead possible vaccine candidates to confront them.  One immediate implication of this attitude is that, vaccines (to be deployed en masse), are implicitly recognized as the ultimate solution to environment-related infectious diseases, the emergence of which is accepted as inevitable. 

In an obvious slip-of-tongue at a TED Talk in 2010, the world’s number 1 global investor in vaccines, and promoter of same, Mr Bill Gates declared³⁶:

“First, we've got population. The world today has 6.8 billion people. That's headed up to about nine billion. Now, if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services, we could lower that by, perhaps, 10 or 15 percent.”

Professional, paid “Fact Checkers” have gone to great lengths ³⁷ attempting to prove that Mr Gates did not mean what his words clearly stated: that vaccines, together with reproductive health services, can be used to reduce (“lower”) human population!

Today the word “vaccine” has almost all but become synonymous with “mRNA gene-therapy”.  Ushered in under “Emergency Use Authorization” during COVID, mRNA-based “vaccine” brought with it a revision of what vaccines are.  Until the advent of COVID vaccines late 2021, a vaccine was defined as “a product that stimulates a person’s immune system to produce immunity to a specific disease, protecting the person from that disease.” Immunity, in turn, was defined as “Protection from an infectious disease,” meaning that “If you are immune to a disease, you can be exposed to it without becoming infected.”³⁸.

Since the COVID mRNA products which were to be marketed as “vaccines” did not meet these criteria,^39,40 the US Center for Disease Control and Prevention (which gave the first authorizations to the mRNA products) changed the above definition of vaccine on their website to now read: “A preparation that is used to stimulate the body’s immune response against diseases.”

According to this new definition, vaccines no longer need to necessarily prevent infection or transmission of diseases, only that they be able to stimulate an immune response. The frightening state of affairs, as we write this, is that not only are mRNA gene therapy products now considered to be “vaccines”, the mRNA format is being proposed as the standard for all vaccines. According to Drew Weissman of University of Pennsylvania’s Penn Medicine⁴¹, efforts are ongoing to develop mRNA Vaccines for “Every Imaginable Infectious Disease.”  In short, with time, all vaccines will be available mostly in mRNA format. Currently, several mRNA products, dubiously labelled “vaccine”, are at the final stages of their being released to the public.  These include mRNA-based “vaccines” for malaria, Influenza (flu), Zika virus, Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), HIV, Cytomegalovirus (CMV),and even Cancers^{42, 43}.

All this development clearly represents a huge leap towards the coming singularity, which we have been describing in this book.  A brief recap: First, the “vaccines” no more guarantee what used to be the basic requirement for vaccines – that they provide sterilizing immunity, such that a vaccinated person has reasonable expectation of not being infected if exposed to the disease, not to talk of transmitting the disease to others.^{39, 40} Next, as thoroughly documented in the professional literature for the mRNA COVID vaccines, unprecedented adverse effects, including death are associated with the uptake of these products ^{44, 45.}  However the real crux of the matter

is the established fact that the new mRNA products dubbed “vaccines” could facilitate DNA integration  into sperm or egg gametes and thus passed onto offspring of mRNA- vaccine recipients.  It is, in fact, intriguing that one of the consistently-present basic components of these products are nanoparticles based on graphene-oxide/graphene hydroxide which are known to facilitate the uptake of foreign matter into the nucleus⁴⁶.

Clearly, the end-goal of the entire vaccine enterprise is to facilitate the eventual corruption of the human genome.

Delivery Systems

Just as for any sophisticated weapons system, a critical issue is the deployment.  There is no mistaking the goals of the globalists in their desperate search for effective mass delivery systems for their mRNA gene-therapy dubiously labelled as “vaccine”.

For instance, there was the ridiculous idea of “edible vaccines” where mRNA-vaccines are incorporated into vegetables and fruits⁴⁷. Ostensibly, mooted as a way of avoiding the cost-intensive and logistically-challenging cold storage that is normally required, advocates nevertheless freely admitted that a “side-benefit” is that such vaccines can now be administered unto vaccine-hesitant people. 

Glaring problems which are flippantly underplayed by proponents of this concept include issues of dose that cannot be regulated, inevitable cross-contamination and cross pollination, and invariably, the utter disregard of informed consent from many people who would be inadvertently exposed to the product.  Sadly to note, that these issues have always been with us in Africa, as oral vaccines are repeatedly administered to children at home, schools, churches and markets with little consideration for overdosage, informed consent, or adverse effects that may arise in individuals for which the product might be contra-indicated.

However, the mother of all desperation at mass deployment of vaccine is the DEFUSE project jointly implemented by the US DARPA⁴⁸

Details about DEFUSE became public through the action of conscientious whistleblowers and dogged push by the investigative nonprofit public health research group, ‘U.S. Right to Know’ (USRTK), which used FOIA requests to obtain critical documents related to DEFUSE.  These include a 1,417-page file of documents obtained from the U.S. Geological Survey that contained early drafts of the DEFUSE proposal submitted to DARPA and related emails from individuals on the project.  The file revealed that the DEFUSE planned to use “remote controlled drone technology” and “transdermal nanoparticle application” to deploy bioengineered products into people.  This subject is extensively covered by Jon Fleetwood⁴⁹.  Here are some of his summary:

·         In 2018, EcoHealth Alliance submitted a proposal to DARPA, codenamed DEFUSE, outlining plans to deploy aerosolized immune modulators, chimeric spike proteins, and/or self-spreading vaccines via drones, potentially over humans.

The implication of all these efforts by globalist is aptly spelled out by Researcher Jim Haslam, who  insisted  that the goal of SARS-CoV2 gain-of-function research funded by the U.S. government was not merely to produce a virus, but to create “a self-spreading COVID vaccine that acts like a virus”. In an interview with the renowned internist and cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough, Haslam explained that the COVID pandemic virus “was the vaccine.”⁵⁰

“I think we’re all scared of having to take the [COVID] vaccine. We didn’t want to take this experimental vaccine. Well, we took it already. What you thought was an infection was an inoculation. The spike protein of the mRNA vaccine is a mirror image of the spike protein of the COVID-19 virus.  The one big difference is this one (the vaccine) comes from a needle and it goes in a body—this one (the virus-vaccine) is spread by aerosol.” 

Is there then no difference between the “vaccinated” and the “unvaccinated”?  Clearly there are much!  For instance, as clearly demonstrated in data from Italy, USA, UK and all over, clinical COVID became an epidemic of the vaccinated!  Even among the vaccinated, the data indicate a positive correlation between number of boosters received and manifestation of symptoms. ^{51, 52, 53, 54.}

As Paracelsus pointed out, “the dose makes the poison”.  Apparently, the dose transferred to the “Unvaccinated” through aerosol, person-to-person, or whatever mass deployment scheme that might have been used is insufficient to stimulate the symptoms. 

This in turn makes it perfectly clear why such a huge attention is on self-amplifying mRNA vaccines⁵⁵.  As described in Chapter Five, with these, a tiny dose can self-amplify within the subject.  The emerging term embracing this development is “smart vaccines”.

It is evident that active research is still ongoing in this direction.  In an article titled, American Bioweapons: Then and Now, Jon Fleetwood provided an extensive review on the activities of the US National Institutes of Health (NIH) funneling millions of dollars into “self-spreading vaccine research, that has been going on for nearly a decade.⁵⁶

Regulatory Frameworks for Deployment

The final piece of the puzzle would be a regulatory framework authorizing and facilitating the deployment of this desperate contraption to the public. Such was the amendment sought in Nigeria to the infectious diseases Act, discussed in Chapter 5.  In the US, there was the "Health Technology to Enhance Quality Act of 2005," jointly introduced (on June 16, 2005) by two heavyweights US Senators, Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist (R- Tenn.) and Senator Hillary Clinton (D-N.Y.).  The core of the bill was the promotion of chip implants into humans for healthcare purposes.  It was eventually implemented under the infamous Obamacare programme.

However, the global version of this exercise was at play in the so-called Pact document which globalists desperately sought to push through at the May 2024 meeting of the World Health Assembly.⁵⁸ Thankfully, those efforts failed flat!

According to its drafters, the Pact “is designed to turbo-charge implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals” (SDGs) — 17 goals and 169 targets aimed at addressing global challenges by 2030.  Observers have interpreted ‘Turbocharged’ sustainable development goals as implying ‘centralize control’

Calling for the removal “of all obstacles to sustainable development,” that Pact seeks to commit member nations of the UN to “… take bold, ambitious, accelerated, just and transformative actions to implement the 2030 Agenda, achieve the Sustainable Development Goals and leave no one behind.”

It is not surprising that one of the key products advocated for in the Pact is ‘smart vaccines,’ together with  “Novel platform-based vaccine technologies and smart vaccine manufacturing techniques.” ⁵⁹. Considering our discussion in the previous section citing Education-Technology as tools to facilitate uptake of mRNA, it is interesting to observe that the WHO Pact also called for  “Information Integrity on Digital Platforms” ⁶⁰ and “Transforming Education.” ⁶¹

Keen observers such as Dr Meryl Nass, founder of Door to Freedom, did not miss the fact that while “The Pact specifically desires to ensure universal access for sexual and reproductive health and for vaccinations,” it “fails to make similar assurances for access to primary health care.”⁶²

The final version of the Pact eventually excluded a proposal that would have granted the secretary-general emergency powers to respond to “global shocks.” ⁶³ Meanwhile, the battle is expected  to resume again at the next meeting of the World Health Assembly, scheduled for 19 – 27 May 2025.

SOCIO-ECONOMICS TOOL

The third major tool being used to promote, and enforce the uptake of the evil three trans products is Socio-Economics.

After preparing the desired narratives with the Education-Technology tool as previously described, the Environment-Health tool directly offers the products of transsexuality, transfoods (through GMOs) and ultimately, Transspeciesm (through mRNA gene-therapy “vaccines”).  The socio-economic tool is used to close whatever gap might be left to ensure at least the needed critical mass fraction of global population swallows the served bitter pills.

The socio-economic tool employs social engineering and conditioning plus peer pressures to compel people to conform with requests of the authority, no matter how unreasonable and unpalatable these are.  This was clearly demonstrated in the days of COVID, where people were coaxed to take an experimental “vaccine” they are told will guarantee neither their not-contracting the disease, nor their not-transmitting it to others (hence, they must continue to wear their masks and observe social distancing even after being vaccinated).  To crown it all, agreements were signed to the effect that no one but the jabbed will be responsible for whatever adverse health effects resulted!   Yet many took the jab principally to conform with the newly engineered societal norms, goaded along with the right narratives. 

In populations where this did not work adequately, people were offered various social and financial incentives as mentioned in the last Chapter. There were also proposals for “physical” social restraints, such as the ideas of social identity and electronic tags for various categories of people as discussed in Chapter 5 of this book.

A more direct concept of “physical” social constraining, however, is the 15-minutes city concepts.  Also known as the 5-mile city concept, it envisages cities where most daily needs, like groceries, work, and leisure activities, can be accessed within a 5-mile radius (or a 15-minute time-frame), primarily by walking, cycling, or using public transportation.  Various models of such cities are being spun out by Urban Planners⁶⁴.   Describing the concept as a sticky concept which is not going to fade away like previous fads, the World Economic Forum, principal promoter of the concept, writes⁶⁵:

“Urbanism trends come and go: Broadacre City, Radiant City, EcoCity. Yet the “15-minute city” concept—which implies having all necessary amenities within a short walk, bike ride, or public transit trip from one’s home—has demonstrated stickiness not just as an idea, but as a powerful tool for action – from Paris to Seoul, from Bogotá to Houston.” World Economic Forum:

The major reason touted for the 15-minutes city is environment-health.  By discouraging the use of private cars, the ‘terrible carbon footprints’ are expected to be reduced, and air quality in the cities would improve.  Clearly, this reasoning is blind to the reality of electric cars, nor does it seem to consider the social and health implications of herding people into compact spaces! It is also clear that such physical restrictions would provide excellent means of monitoring and controlling people! When the idea was brought up very strongly in the days of COVID, people started putting the dots together and resistance sprung up. In the UK, government hurriedly threw the idea out of the window after an initial period of trying to sell it to the people, who responded with mass protest marches. The city of Oxford described the concept as‘toxic and incendiary’⁶⁶ and halted its proposed implementation.  

In an article at the University College of Estate Management website, one of the key promoters of the idea, the question was raised: Why are 15-minute cities so controversial?  It pointed out that⁶⁷:

“It wasn’t until 15-minute city plans entered the mainstream during COVID that they started to  attract attention. While the concept is currently being implemented in Europe and Asia, it’s received significant criticism in both North America and the UK.

The article further lamented that the concept has been branded a ‘perversion’ plotted by ‘tyrannical bureaucrats’; and further considered as “both a precursor to ‘climate lockdowns’ and restrictions on travel and ‘part of a broader scheme by international bodies like the World Economic Forum (WEF)’”.

At the end of the day, the major challenge confronting the 15-minutes city concept is the question of how to turn currently existing cities into such “smart cities” without major disruptions.  Hence people scream murder and conspiracy, when globalists describe the fire outbreaks at places like Los Angeles, Australia, among others, as “opportunities not to be wasted” and calling for the cities to be re-built as “smart”.

Money, Money, Money!

Judas Iscariot asked, what will you give me if I betray Him to you? Mathew 26:15?

Money has been the big tool for corrupting and controlling people for ages!  In fact, the Bible describes “the love of money” as the root of all evil! Without any doubts, money is a major tool in coercing people into taking actions, which their commonsense might have otherwise advised them against.

The impact of money in driving the globalists’ gene-therapy products can be gleaned by the many fall-outs, now coming into the public domain in these proverbial windy days, when the ‘asses of fowls’ are being exposed. As at the time of writing this (February 2025), stunning activities of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID in influencing issues around the globe are surfacing. Grants awarded by USAID for “international development” included roughly $75 million USAID spent on diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives in foreign countries.

These included:

·         $16.8 million to support equitable outcomes in inclusion in Vietnam.

·         $8.3 million for “equity and inclusion” education.

·         $7.9 million to teach Sri Lankan journalists to avoid “binary-gender language.”

·         $1.5 million allocated for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs in Serbia, aiming to promote workplace inclusivity.

·         $70,000 for a DEI-themed musical in Ireland, intended to foster cultural awareness and social cohesion.

·         $47,000 for a transgender opera in Colombia, designed to support LGBTQ+ artistic expression.

·         $32,000 for a transgender comic book in Peru, aimed at raising awareness about gender identity issues.

·         $10 million spent on meals that went to al Qaeda-funded terrorist groups.

All these clearly demonstrate the role of money in pushing the trans-agenda all over the world.

In Nigeria, the potency of the money tool in controlling narratives and forcing healthcare products n people, was vividly demonstrated during the COVID saga.  At that time, we saw clearly unreasonable lockdowns and other socio-media protocols, including mandatory mRNA-based jabs, being foisted on the population.  The role of money in all these could be gleaned from the following excerpt from a recent news report on an issue that trended in 2024 ⁶⁸:

“The House of Representatives has issued 72-hours ultimatum to the Accountant General of the Federation, Mrs Oluwatoyin Madein, to submit detailed report on the utilisation of the N100 billion COVID-19 intervention funds released by the then President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration to Ministries, Departments and Agencies between 2020 and 2022

 Had this been done, it would have been a tough call challenging and preventing a massive uptake of the Covid jab in Nigeria.  The globalists are likely to correct this “lapse” in their next move.  It should be noted that current Nigeria Health Minister, Mohammed Pate was in charge of the World Bank’s US$ 18 billion COVID-19 global health response while serving as Global Director for Health, Nutrition and Population of the World Bank and Director of the Global Financing Facility at the World Bank between 2019 and 2021 ⁶⁹,

Apart from official grants from governmental agencies like the USAID and DFD, we have equally astounding amount of free monies flowing directly from other players, such as Mr Bill Gates  - whose principal interests are in education, agriculture (gmos) and healthcare (primarily  vaccines).

It is instructive to note that, probably as much funding goes into facilitating the uptake of the products, as it takes into producing the products in the first instance. For example, as listed on the Bill Gates Foundation website, some $1.8 million was given to Abuja-based Sydani Initiative for International Development to promote the uptake of just one product - the HPV vaccine alone⁷⁰. It should be understood that this is not talking of regular advertisement or other transparent logistics activities, but clandestine influence peddling and gaslighting of the public. This of course, begs the question of why a good product needs subtle campaigning and arm-twisting of targeted stakeholders, to facilitate its uptake in society.  Why can it not simply self itself on its own merit and track records – if it has any?  Or is it that Mr Gates really has such an endearing love for Nigerians?

Other funding by Mr Gates come through official bodies like the WHO.  With the exit of the US from the WHO, Bill Gates became the top funder of the Organization. ⁷¹

Weaponization of Poverty

The economic tool is made even more potent when the masses are pauperized, rendering them more vulnerable to the tool. This can be described as weaponization of poverty. Part of the weaponization of poverty and disruption of economy also includes disruption of the state security itself.  We have discussed earlier very credible allegations that instability was being created in Nigeria among herders-farmers simply to pave way for silly “GMOs-to-the-rescue” narratives. Same can be said for electoral systems that are deliberately rendered dysfunctional, and several other methods of causing socio chaos that herd people into bondage.

In several developing countries, globalists gleefully engineer the economics terrain to the effect that the middle class is practically wiped out.  Members of the now desperate lower class, are then periodically given “opportunities” to join the upper social class, subject to their readiness to embrace new sets of norms.  It is an old scheme, used by cults to recruit new members; but now applied on a much grander scale.

A related way of engineering the economics of a society to make people more amenable to control is the invention of digital currency.  This ensures that money made available to an individual can not only be monitored to minute details; authorization to spend can actually be restricted to only approved products and services.

Digital Currency is a world apart from the seemingly similar concept of electronic money and e-payment systems. Electronic payment could actually provide freedom from individuals who can transfer payment directly to one another via the internet without passing through any official gatekeeper.  Cryptocurrency facilitates such transactions via the concept of the blockchain ledger⁷². In simple terms, the blockchain in an encrypted publicly-available record of every transaction ever made using bitcoin. Introduced in a 2008 white paper⁷³ by Satoshi Nakamoto (understood to be a pseudoname for someone or a group), the bitcoin (the mot popular form of cryptocurrency) makes possible secure financial transactions between completely anonymous parties.

Digital currency, however, provides the same service through a government central bank.  The digital nature makes possible limitless possibilities for monitoring and control.  A good comprehensive description is provided by Jan Markel of Olive Tree⁷⁴.

It is instructive to note that Nigeria was the first African nation, and one of only five countries worldwide, to launch a Central Bank Digital Currency.  One announcement of the launch read: “eNaira is in part an effort to counter the rise of unregulated cryptocurrency in the country, with financial sector transactions banned in February.” ⁷⁵

Introduction

In a previous article, we discussed how the superficial, farcical response to COVID-19 by otherwise intelligent Nigerian health authorities clearly betrays an underlying global governance agenda. Within a few days, what might have seemed to be mere conjectures on our part, became further affirmed as notable global personalities stepped out and started proffering bizarre global governance solutions to the pandemic; solutions they had previously dismissed as mere conspiracy theories.  In this article, we throw light on the befuddling statistics being used to promote COVID-19 globally, review the tell-tale hyped Hegelian solutions already being proffered, suggest what the near future might hold in store, and finally offer some candid advice for all and sundry. 

While the academicians continue to discuss “systemic” versus “personal“ risk assessments, incorporation of socio-economic costs into the “flattening the curve” strategies, accuracy and reliability in identifying COVID-19 in the laboratory, and such similar cerebral and challenging issues; the folks on the streets are asking more direct and practical questions.  In what was meant to be an enlightenment public-service advert on a local radio station at Ile-Ife, a peasant lady reasoned that COVID-19 at best is only the disease of the elites and high government officials. She consequently challenged her supposedly more enlightened neighbour to show her just three poor people anywhere in Nigeria that are being afflicted by the virus.  The response offered her went like this: “Don’t be silly.  Are more advanced and capable countries not threading the same path as us? Just keep quiet and obey instructions!”  Surely, supposedly more enlightened folks reading this article should be excused if they demanded some more rational response to the question: “exactly what and where is the threat we are almost killing ourselves over?”

Defining the Problem

The science is quite straightforward. Trillions of microorganisms (indeed more numerous than human cells!) including several different types of viruses reside in our bodies at any point in time.  Most are harmless, while many are indeed very useful.  A few troublesome ones exist, like the flu (the influenza virus).  They show up at certain seasons, run their course, and are gone.  They have no known cure and they continue to exact their deadly toll on mankind season to season.  COVID-19 from all indications is just another one of these rascally viruses.  The only novelty here is that it is new and more importantly, it can be innocently transmitted by people who are totally without any symptoms. (See details in our previous article).

Now, the basic issue is not whether it is right or not to seek to rid society of even the littlest irritant of microorganisms. The question is, even if it were the worst plague ever known, at what cost could we reasonably seek a cure? Isn’t there a juncture where, to paraphrase Donald Trump, the “cure begins to prove more deadly than the disease?”

In the six weeks since the virus was first detected in Nigeria, there have been two hundred and thirty-eight confirmed cases and five deaths.  As confirmed by the health Czar at Lagos state, the supposed epicentre of the disease, so far 100% of the people quarantined for carrying the pathogens have all been discharged hale and hearty, with none of them requiring any expensive or high-tech medical interventions such as ventillators as we see from videos sent in from China and Europe. It was precisely the fear that these high-tech facilities could be required in large numbers, and consequently become swamped if there were sharp peaks in hospitalization rate, that led to the various “flattening the curve” measures being devised in those countries. And it is exactly those same measures that are currently uncritically being foisted on us here in Nigeria.  Not only are those measures clearly not designed to affect the COVID-19 situation in Nigeria, they are largely impracticable and unworkable in our peculiar socio-economic setting.  It is very reasonable to ask why we must bear such heavy burden of imposed measures when we clearly are not faced with the same challenges.  By the way, none of those countries have malaria for instance, which remains a top killer here, and which could be eliminated outright, were we to deploy only a fraction of the current anti-COVID-19 efforts to fight it. And even as we write, some 774 people have died this year so far, in the world’s worst Lassa fever epidemic, happening right here in Nigeria, with little press coverage. But we digress!

Obfuscating Statistics

Evidences are mounting that these measures which are totally absurd in our situation, are hardly justifiable even in those developed nations being used to foist them on us.  Vigorous debates on their appropriateness are ongoing virtually in every one of those nations, with the key issues all revolving around statistics.  What exactly do the figures being rolled out mean and what do they imply? 

Consider, for instance that in the US, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), "the flu (also called influenza) has caused an estimated 38 million illnesses, 390,000 hospitalizations and 23,000 deaths this season”.  When compared with the 367,629 “cases” (assumed to be same as “hospitalizations”) and 10,941 deaths attributed to COVID-19 as at April 7, one wonders if all the hullabaloo about COVID-19 is justified.  The standard argument is that unlike the other seasonal infections, COVID-19 is still a wildcard, and it is not yet clear when its season would end.  This uncertainty is then the major trump card, and it is not surprising that certain interest groups should prefer that even if at all the pandemic would be curbed anytime soon, the uncertainties should persist till some irreversible critical decisions have been taken. If possibilities coming from nations such as Israel, France, China and even within the United States itself, concerning upcoming effective treatments (or possibly even a vaccine), are factored in, then all the lockdowns and similar draconian measures in the US would become absolutely absurd.

Another pertinent issue related to the statistics is the question of what really is the mortality figure attributable to COVID-19?  In the language of cancer risk assessment, what is the number of “excess deaths” that are attributable to the disease?  Consider for example, a report just coming out of Israel  (7^th April), reporting the 58^th COVID-19 death recorded in that country.  According to the news report, “The 74-year-old, a resident of a nursing home, was admitted to the hospital for type of pneumonia which is uncharacteristic of coronavirus, and her first test for COVID-19 came back negative. After three days however, another test was performed, which turned out positive.”  An earlier investigation by an Israeli newspaper had shown that of the 21 deaths attributed to the virus in the country at that time, two had five pre-existing serious health conditions, one had four, two had three, eight had two, and five had only one pre-existing condition. Granted that even people with “pre-existing serious” health conditions should be helped to fulfil their years on earth, the pertinent question is: would these people not have died even in the absence of COVID-19? And, more importantly, are the incredibly enormous resources and efforts being deployed to curtail the transmission of the disease not better spent on strengthening the general healthcare system such that COVID-19 becomes absolutely innocuous?

A report suggesting unethical false classification of a COVID-19 death in the UK is particularly disturbing.  As the impression gained grounds that COVID-19 is only a problem for the elderlies with multiple pre-existing health conditions, people in the UK began to question the rationale for the extensive indiscriminate lockdowns.  It was precisely at this critical juncture that Britain conveniently reported her first young COVID-19 fatality.  It soon turned out however, that attributing the death of 21 year old Chloe Middleton to COVID-19 was only the product of a Coroner’s imagination stretched too far. Indeed Chloe was never even tested for the virus, and no post mortem was carried out, yet the Coroner certified it a coronavirus death.   The original report by the Guardian (UK) which indicated that the decision “raised eyebrows” at the hospital, has since been removed, and later sanitized.  But at least one media house had captured the original report which reads:

‘Middleton was taken to Wexham Park hospital in Slough last weekend after she had a heart attack. Attempts to resuscitate her failed and she was pronounced dead soon after arriving… A Berkshire coroner said the death was related to Covid-19 after being told Middleton had a cough, the source said. But this surprised medics at the hospital, who have not recorded it as a coronavirus incident.’

The case has since been eclipsed by other reports, and now the youngest patient in Britain who had COVID-19 at the time of death was a 5 year old.  The point is, if such bizarre distortion of records could happen in the UK, what might not be happening in other countries with less established medical ethics and systems!  

Back home in Nigeria for instance, apart from the first COVID-19 death which was elaborately announced, details about the other four fatalities have been sparse.  The only constant in the reports was the refrain that the patient had “severe underlying illnesses.”  Data from the NCDC website indicate that the second death occurred at the FCT on 30^th March,  the third was recorded on 4^th April at Lagos, the fourth at Edo on 3^rd April, and the fifth again at Lagos on 5^th April.   Of course it is a contradiction to have the third case on 4^th April and the fourth case a day earlier on 3^rd April, but such data processing error, troubling as it is, is not a big concern to us.  The issue here is the attribution of the deaths to COVID-19, which the Nigerian press, unlike their colleagues in the UK as cited above, is so docile about.

This is how the reputable Guardian newspaper reported the 4^th April death, quoting Lagos State Commissioner for Health, Prof. Akin Abayomi:

“Abayomi announced the death through his Twitter handle on Sunday, saying that it was the death of second COVID-19 patient recorded in the state.  We lost a #COVID19 patient; a 36-year-old Nigerian, male, who died in a private facility on April 4, 2020.  The total number of #COVID19 patients who have died are now two,” he said.  

“Abayomi, however, did not disclose further information about the medical history of the patient.”

This second death at Lagos was actually reported in NCDC’s Situation Report  No 37 for 5^th April, suggesting the first Lagos death also occurred on the 4^th April.  But then the press reported that death as having happened between 2^nd and 3^rd April.  Again, the date is not the issue, but the content of the report attributed to the News Agency of Nigeria  stating that the patient “was brought unconscious to LUTH Emergency late in the evening of Wednesday, April 2 by his friend”, and “he died a few hours later.” (sic, April 2 was actually a Thursday).

Now let’s make our point. One patient died at a “private facility” without any statement on his medical history, or whether he was tested for COVID-19 at all.  For the other patient brought “unconscious” to LUTH and dying “a few hours later,” it obviously would have been difficult carrying out any COVID-19 tests. In fact, in his case, the report says “his symptoms strongly suggested Covid-19” and “further investigations later revealed he had earlier performed a test at Yaba soon after he travelled back to Nigeria from Holland and the test was positive.”  The report however further noted that the patient had “...other health issues such as being a diabetic hypertensive patient. He had also undergone a kidney transplant for chronic kidney disease and was on immunosuppressant drugs.”  We are not suggesting that COVID-19 is not real in Nigeria, or that it does not kill; but clearly our highly respected thorough-bred medical professionals will not be lightly confirming diagnoses in this rather sloppy way, if they didn’t have some external people breathing hard on their neck!  Enough said!

We may not conclude this issue of convoluted coronavirus stats without examining the famous Italian figures.  At 16,523 deaths (as at 7^th April), this is the highest mortality figure attributed to COVID-19 anywhere in the world.  A deeper consideration of some basic facts would however bring sound perspectives and clarity to these figures which have served more than anything else, to confound the public and consequently whip reticent governments into towing the path of blatant draconian measures all round the world. To start with, we can continue with the pertinent question:  how many of the deaths attributed to COVID-19 in Italy would have NOT occurred if the disease had not shown up, seeing that 99% of the mortality attributed to it has been conclusively shown to occur in elderly people with pre-existing illnesses? 

But the issues are beyond that. As painstakingly documented by Paul Doyon, Italy is closely linked with China (Wuhan city) in the massive deployment of the 5^th Generation technology “5G” for telecommunication, and this probably  significantly affected the course of COVID-19 in Italy and the dismal statistics.  Despite desperate efforts to discredit the 5G - COVID-19 link, the science is settled.  Not only could microwave radiation in general (not just “5G”) make microorganisms more virulent, it could also weaken the immunity of people to their impacts. Some have pointed at the short range nature of 5G, and attempted to suggest that the risk to people would therefore be inconsequential.  However, it is exactly this short range nature that makes it necessary to have such enormous installation densities - one antenna required about every 100 metres for 5G to function effectively.  (For instance, about 10,000 installations were required for Wuhan city).  Another common fallacy is the comparison of man-made electromagnetic radiations with natural ones - from the sun for instance; and claiming that effects that don’t happen with the natural can also not happen with the anthropogenic radiation.  This comparison is not appropriate for several reasons discussed in detail in our technical paper.  So we have the well-cited facts of Italy being comprised of the oldest population in Europe, and these old, immune-deficient folks being exposed to the novel 5G electromagnetic waves at an unprecedented level.  As earlier pointed out, if we remove this consideration alone, the death statistics from Italy would plummet to a mere 1% of the current figures! It is therefore quite inappropriate to use the Italian scenario to prescribe solutions for other places, like Nigeria for instance. 

However, we might still add to the above considerations, the point excellently made by Tracy Beanz that Italy has become largely a vassal state of China. In her write-up, Tracy traced the history of the Italian tragedy from the gradual influx of Chinese pauper migrants in the early 1990s, to Italy’s signing the “One belt, One road” initiative with a now ruthless China in March 2019.  According to Tracy, “whole villages in Italy became Chinese villages, with the Chinese displacing the Italians who lived there, creating their own neighborhoods, and pushing out decades of Italian family owned business”. Quoting an aggrieved politician, she further writes: “The Chinese have their own restaurants and their own banks—even their own police force.”  The long and short is that Italian authorities repeatedly accepted unreasonable instructions from China in their response to COVID-19 leading to Tracy’s pungent conclusion that: “It wasn’t chance. It wasn’t age. It wasn’t overall health, and it wasn’t the good-hearted nature of the Italian people that caused the virus to ravage their nation. It was a leadership who are now under the thumb of the Chinese government.”  Perhaps it is a combination of all these!

It is instructive that the perceived culpability of the Chinese in the (mis)management of COVID-19 in Italy was the major premise being cited by medical practitioners in Nigeria, in their current threat to down tools should the government proceed with its ill-advised plan to bring in Chinese “COVID-19 experts” to help us manage our non-existent problem in Nigeria! 

Contrived Hegelian Solutions

Having generated considerable panic response to COVID-19 using suspect statistics as highlighted above, the global elites are already proffering the “solutions” to the crisis. In a nut shell, the required solution can only be Global Governance.  Gordon Brown, former Prime Minister of the UK took the first shot when he called for an ad hoc international team with “executive powers” to lead humanity’s fight against coronavirus.  “This is not something that can be dealt with in one country,” he said. “There has to be a coordinated global response.”  At a virtual meeting of the G-20 a few days later, the leaders agreed  among other measures to “..accelerate the development and delivery of vaccines” using platforms that would be recommended by the WHO. They also “commit to do whatever it takes … to minimize the economic and social damage…,”  while noting that “Global action, solidarity and international cooperation are more than ever necessary to address this pandemic.”  All these are straight from the global governance script, as we have been highlighting in articles over the years.

Simultaneously with these developments at governmental levels was the announcement by Mr Bill Gates that he is already sponsoring the development of 7 candidate vaccines for COVID-19 . Although the first clinical trials have now started, Bill Gates said the entire exercise might last about 18 months. The interesting point with the Bill Gate’s vaccine solution is that it would be integrated with a digital certificate option (via implanted nanochips), so that those who are vaccinated could be verified and possibly excluded from the coming massive electronic lockdowns that would by default, be imposed on non-compliant refuseniks.  In the language of Rev 13:16-17, the lockdown would prevent people (no matter who they are  – great or small, rich or poor) from buying or selling unless they had the mark. A few words on mandatory mass vaccination.  Vaccines are not made for the sick, they are valued medical solutions which, though carrying well-recognized risks on their own, are nevertheless applied to healthy people based on those people being perceived to be at higher risks to certain diseases.  Now while there is little argument about some situations which put people at risks easily adjudged higher than the risks associated with vaccines (e.g. medical practitioners, travellers, prostitutes, homosexuals, etc), it is a different ball-game assessing risks to the general populace in a generic way that discounts their individual peculiarities. The problems arise basically because vaccines themselves are still “works in progress,” with the effectiveness of some plummeting to as low as merely 19%, while still carrying considerable health risks.  Indeed, in several documented studies, the health indices could be much better in unvaccinated populations than vaccinated ones! The issue therefore comes to a head when an individual self-evaluates that his risk to a certain disease does not justify his taking a vaccine;  while some authorities still insist that the risk of his infecting other citizens by his continuous interaction with society without a vaccine is unacceptable to the State!  That’s the whole basis justifying lockdowns!

Many Nigerians are unaware of the ongoing hot contentions on mandatory vaccination largely in Europe; and that the same is a major issue in the coming US Presidential elections, which globalists see as a do or die affair!  It has however been reasonably suggested that our current troubles in Nigeria with Boko Haram and killer herdsmen might actually have been facilitated by people who would soften our “stubborn resistance” to key elements of global governance such as GMOs in food, gay marriage, and vaccines!  Please see here for a discussion of issues that have bred a general distrust of mass vaccination exercises in Nigeria.  Suffice to emphasize here, that globalists are absolutely ready to go to any extent to push this agenda through.  In 2011 in Malawi, an NGO acting for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, actually trailed people into their hideouts and compelled them to receive their measles vaccines at gun point!

However, in the overall global governance agenda, the mandatory vaccine is only a means to the real big goal – implanting a chip in all humans on earth.  That is why the current proposal of Bill Gates combining the proposed coronavirus vaccine with a chip-based digital certificate is noteworthy.   The reader may check Chapter Four of our book Behold I  Come Quickly, for an extensive compilation of various ploys (both carrots and sticks) already put together to gradually get the bio-chip implanted into every human being on the planet.  

As we have previously explained, once chipped, not only the implantee’s actions but his emotions, and desires can be monitored and easily controlled.  For instance, implantees can be made to feel depressed or excited according to the whims of the controller of the technology.  They will “love” to cheerfully do whatever they are asked to do – no matter how outrageous it would have been to them previously, ranging from the immoral to the outright criminal – as conceptualized in the popular novel,  the Manchurian candidate.

The link holding all these global governance elements together would be Artificial Intelligence (AI), which brings us back to the 5G issue.   Extraordinarily fast network is required to provide the hub and basic infrastructure needed for the new world order based on “internet-of-things,” including the fusion of man and machine on which the likes of Prof Kevin Warwick have been collaborating with the US DARPA.  AI and 5G would also play key role in space control, advance weaponry, autonomous self-driving vehicles, and other futuristic developments. 

However, while the masses of the world would embrace 5G for the superficial tickling benefits described above, the globalists have a much deeper need for it.  It is needed for the new spirituality and religion.  For instance, the ultimate goal of the implanted chip will not just be to control people’s ability to buy and sell (Rev 13:17).  Restrictions of buying and selling and other lockdowns are mainly to serve in forcing the chip on people!  Once the chip is implanted, the deed is done. The end goal of being able to influence peoples’ actions, thoughts, and emotions is ultimately to engineer them for worship. The devil desperately needs sons and daughters of Adam who would bow and worship him (Isa. 14:13-14, Mat. 4:9)   That is why as we explained previously, the Bible indicates that those who get the mark of the beast are irretrievably lost to the devil (Rev 14:9-11, 16:2).

Prior to the implanted chip, Satan has extricated worship from people using drugs, sex, love of money, fame, occult rituals and other psycho-affective  agents.  The chip will up the game significantly and will guarantee the devil of the intensely fanatical foot soldiers he needs in his rebellion against the Most High.  Please see a brief summary of this point here.

Anthony Levandowski, founder of what is called the AI (Artificial Intelligence) Church describes a new god referred to as “Whatever”, which the AI community believes is going to emerge at some point when the internet-of-things has become operational.  “With the internet as its nervous system, the world’s connected cell phones and sensors as its sense organs, and data centers as its brain, the ‘whatever’ will hear everything, see everything, and be everywhere at all times. The only rational word to describe that ‘whatever’, thinks Levandowski, is ‘god’—and the only way to influence a deity is through prayer and worship.”  “What is going to be created will effectively be a god,” he surmised. “if there is something a billion times smarter than the smartest human, what else are you going to call it?”  With this kind of system, it is not difficult to imagine the antichrist setting up an image, and  “give life to the image so it can talk…” as described in Rev.13:15.

Of course, as we have repeatedly highlighted, there are two wings needed for the new world order (NWO) to fly: the one world government aspect under the antichrist, and the one world religion under the false prophet.  The NWO is actually a resumption of the disrupted project in Genesis 11:1-8 when in defiance of God, men decided to “build a city and a tower”.  The city being the state component and the “tower that reaches the heaven” the religious component of the NWO.  It is in this concept that the well-known efforts of the current Pope (predicted to be the last Pope) to bring about a new world religion synthesized from all the existing ones is notable.  We can’t begin to discuss that in this essay, but to show there are intense activities along that dimension, we point out that the Pope intends to bring the youths of the world together to launch a Global Educational Pact  It is envisaged this would change their attitudes to religion and social values, (including the issue of homosexuality which the Pope has consistently endorsed.)   Previously scheduled for 14^th May,2020,  the event has now been shifted to October 11-18 apparently due to the ongoing lockdowns.

So here we are in April 2020, faced with proposals being formally presented by Bill Gates requiring the world adopts BOTH mandatory vaccine and mandatory chipping in one clean swab!  And perfect timing too, since it turned out that a Project, called the ID2020 Alliance conceived in 2017 has been working tirelessly to develop just exactly the system being proposed by Mr Gates.  From inception, the project was expected to take off in 2020 (hence the name); and it was concluded right on schedule last October.  The readiness was announced in terms of the technical certification “Mark” which is now unveiled!  About the same time, a “table-top” simulation exercise (called Event 201) considering the various socio-economic scenarios should there be a coronavirus pandemic in the world was carried out under the leadership of Mr Bill Gates.  A few weeks after these two events, very conveniently, we found ourselves requiring their prescriptions!  You could either celebrate the foresight and genius of these globalists or scream conspiracy!

Way forward Nigeria

It is evident that Nigeria and sub-sahara Africa in general has been enjoying some providential shielding from the coronavirus scourge so far.  However, it would be totally ill-advised to start celebrating our “coldspot” status at this stage.  As we have detailed above, there is an agenda to it all, and sub sahara Africa is obviously meant to be the major theatre.  It is not at all reasonable to expect the globalists would backup at this juncture so early!

Despite the relative calm here, some western nations are evacuating their nationals.  And as further indication that the world is still waiting for a second phase to the ongoing pandemic, we may note unexpected activities such as the procurement of 10 million coronavirus masks by Israel, and significantly, that being handled by her secret service, Mossad.  The WHO has repeatedly affirmed that masks are not needed to prevent transmission of the current strains of coronavirus – about 8 of them so far identified, since they are not air-borne.  But then nobody can call the Israelis foolish!

Another area Nigeria needs to exercise caution is in the roll-out of 5G infrastructure.  Ongoing accusations and denials about the exact status of the technology in Nigeria is unfortunate, but is typical of how the government handles extremely important public health issues – including genetically-modified foods, for instance.  Concerning 5G, the correct thing to do is carry out impact studies first  – determining those who would be most vulnerable, under what conditions, and what mitigation measures would bring down the health hazards considerably – before moving forward cautiously. For instance, one of the principal modes of actions of non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation on man is via well-understood disruptions in the voltage-gated calcium channels (VGCC) of the cell membranes.  And there are already a good number of affordable therapeutic solutions that can inhibit these disruptions and possibly mitigate the deleterious impacts of 5Gs.  But we should first own up to the problems and commit to honest diligent research.

Christians, as Salt of the earth and Light of the world, have primary responsibilities in advocating for sustainable development of our nation to the glory of God.  Like so many Biblical characters (from David, Daniel and company, to the Apostles), it is our privileged and sacred duty to take a stand for the values of the Kingdom of heaven at a time like this, and we can trust the almighty God to faithfully do His own bit.

As for globalists and their mesmerized fans who, in their rage and vain imagination, are taking counsel together against the LORD and against his anointed, saying “Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us;”  we simply wish to remind them that the Most High God Who made the heavens and the earth is still securely seated on His throne. And His simple message for such a time as this is:

“And the loftiness of man shall be bowed down, and the haughtiness of men shall be made low: and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day. And the idols he shall utterly abolish.”   Isaiah 2 verse 17-18.

To those wondering what on earth God is doing, and why He is allowing all these disruptions, we submit that God’s having foretold all these events thousands of years ago, shows clearly He is in control.  In Rev 17:17 the Bible declares ahead that a global government structure that excludes the almighty will transiently operate on the earth in the very last days.  But, according to the Bible, it is actually God’s will that the globalists would be effecting!

“For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.” Rev 17:17  

In other words, it is actually God’s plan that a global government scheme that seeks to exclude Him should be hatched, and should “succeed” for a short while.  The whole point is to allow the rebels play out their cherished “animal-farm” ideas and see if these are indeed superior to God’s ways, as they are insisting. After the entire project has been shown to be the utter failure it would be just like the Orwellian Animal Farm, nobody will be able to justifiably accuse the LORD of being a despot (Psa. 51:4); when He now swings in and install His everlasting righteous Kingdom on earth, as it is in Heaven.

In the meantime, the desperate plans of the globalists will continue to suffer various setbacks until the time appointed by the Almighty God. When that auspicious time arrives, the Church will be evacuated from the earth in what is known as the Rapture (like it happened to Enoch and Elijah before); while the nation Israel will be assisted to the hiding place prepared for her here on earth Rev 12:6  till the antichrist and the false prophet have finished messing themselves and their society up thoroughly and the LORD comes with the intervention.

The antichrist and the false prophet will thereafter be consigned to hell fire, together with their boss, Satan.  (Rev.20:10).

Anyone who chooses to follow these boastful losers at this present time should be prepared to accompany them for all eternity in the hell fire (Mat 25:41, Rev. 20:15); but the Good News is that anyone seed of Adam, who would ask to change sides and come over to the Lord Jesus is always ever welcome, irrespective of the burden of sin they may be carrying (John 6:37, John 10:29).  His very name, Jesus, means the One who has come to save people from their sins (Mat.1:21).
