Effective coordination in humanitarian health response is vital to ensuring that life-saving services are strategically planned, efficiently implemented, and rigorously monitored. In Sudan, the Health Cluster continues to operate under challenging conditions, including limited access to affected populations, ongoing insecurity, and significant funding gaps. Against this backdrop, it is essential to strengthen the capacity of health cluster personnel—particularly at the subnational level—to improve coordination, enhance partner engagement, and ensure accountability in response efforts. This training was convened to build participants' understanding of the cluster system, reinforce localized coordination mechanisms, and align actions with the principles and objectives outlined in the 2025 Humanitarian Response Plan (HRP).
