Recent reports indicated that Milutinov was close to joining Milano on a two-year deal worth €4 million—an offer Olympiacos initially chose not to match.

However, following season-ending knee injury, which will keep him out for 10 to 12 months, it seems the Piraeus club has shifted its position.
With also expected to leave, losing Milutinov too would leave Olympiacos without a center for the next season.
Nikola Milutinov had a very strong season, averaging 8.2 points and 5.9 rebounds over 24 EuroLeague games. His stats in the Greek League were even better, with 8.9 points and 6.3 rebounds per game.
Milutinov began his professional career at Hemofarm in 2011, then moved to Partizan after one year. He stayed there until 2015, when he signed with Olympiacos. He spent the next five years with the Greek club before transferring to CSKA Moscow in 2020. Milutinov remained with CSKA until 2023, when he returned to Olympiacos.
Nikola Milutinov was the EuroLeague’s top rebounder twice in his career — in 2020 and 2021. He also won the VTB League with CSKA Moscow in 2021, the ABA League with Partizan in 2013, and the Greek League championship with Olympiacos in 2016.
Regarding the national team, Milutinov won a silver medal with Serbia at the 2023 World Cup and followed that with a bronze medal at the Olympic Games one year later.
