Should Star Wars use Andor's surviving characters in future movies and TV shows?
What are your hopes for The Last of Us season 2 finale?
Having played the game, I think it's clear what moment The Last of Us season 2 is going to end on, but I'm mostly hoping it comes as a complete surprise. I don't want to see Abby at all in the episode until the very end, where I'm anticipating she'll return for a major twist. Especially since season 3 is going to be focused more on her character, I'm hoping the focus is on Ellie for all of season 2's finale.
Apple TV+'s Muderbot deserves a season 2, so don't sleep on this great Sci-Fi series.
Apple TV+ is well known for its high-quality series and films. I always say that it values quality over quantity, although they are starting to have a large collection of great content. One of their new shows, Murderbot, is based on a series of books by the same name, and it is fantastic. Not only does it boast an incredible cast that does a wonderful job of bringing these characters to life, it tells an intriguing and exciting story about a robot who manages to break free from the government's control. There are more stories to explore from the books, so please do not sleep on this series and ensure that it gets the season two it deserves.
How does The Bear season 4 look after the first trailer?
Especially after a weaker season 3, I'm really excited for The Bear to have a return to form this year. I love that it's been reliable for annual releases, and the footage from the trailer looks fantastic. Honestly, it looks a lot like what we were all expecting from season 3, before the show took several detours into Carmy's past.
How can the IT: Welcome To Derry teaser trailer be that terrifying and barely show Pennywise?
HBO Max's IT: Welcome To Derry has released its first trailer, and although we barely see Pennywise in it, it is still absolutely terrifying. Now, to be honest, I have an irrational fear of clowns because I watched IT when I was far too young. So anything surrounding that story is going to get to me. This is an effective trailer that gives viewers just enough to have them cowering behind their hands, but not enough to scare them out of their skin. The laughing and the silhouette at the end got me though, not going to lie.
Does Supernatural's first spinoff deserve as much love as The Winchesters?
While The Winchesters is Supernatural's first live-action spinoff series, the first actual spinoff of the popular show came in the animated realm. I think that Supernatural: The Anime is worth a watch, as it puts key events of the series through a new lens and even offers some adventures that are exclusive to the anime version of Supernatural. That said, I feel like The Winchesters was definitely the most exciting out of the two Supernatural spinoffs so far.
The Last of Us season 2, episode 6 shows why losing Pedro Pascal's Joel is so hard.
Pedro Pascal's Joel Miller was the main character of The Last of Us season 1. His death early in season 2 completely changes the series, and episode 6, which was nearly all made up of flashbacks showing Joel and Ellie's relationship through the years, is the perfect showcase of why he will always be missed. As an actor, Pascal is a powerhouse, not just due to his charisma, but also the way he adds emotional weight to scenes like the porch conversation. Joel and Ellie's banter was also the heart of the show, and losing it is a heavy blow.
Should Punisher's Disney+ special repeat the perfect storyline theme from the original show?
I'm very excited about Jon Bernthal's Punisher Disney+ special, particularly after his return in Daredevil: Born Again. While the story is currently unknown, one thing I really hope the special does is continue the best theme from his original Netflix show, that being having a villain who represents a dark mirror to the vigilante. In being confronted by characters who represent an alternate life path for him, Punisher can grow and evolve to be a more well-rounded character. Plus, I think the special being him hunting down the NYPD's Punisher-inspired task force would be a great way to explore this theme, as their excessive force without oversight is a harrowing parallel to Frank's own actions.
How does the first trailer of Jason Momoa's Chief of War look?
Chief of War just switched from being a show I'd never heard of to my most anticipated TV series of the summer. Jason Momoa looks great, but the real appeal here is the production value and historical intrigue. I feel like I've been introduced to a time period I previously knew nothing about, and I'm hoping it will offer an experience similar to Shogun.
Will it matter that Captain Gantu is not in the live-action Lilo & Stitch?
It has been confirmed that Captain Gantu is not in the live-action Lilo & Stitch. While he is not a major part of the original animated film, he does serve as the main villain who sends Pleakley and Jumba after Stitch. I cannot imagine that Disney made this decision lightly, so hopefully it does not mess with the plot or flow of the film too much. I imagine they just give a little more to do to either Pleakley or Jumba (likely Jumba). Initial reactions by those who have seen the film alredy are mostly positive, so I am not too concerned.
I feel like the Scarlet Witch's MCU arc is even worse now after Thunderbolts*
Thunderbolts* is all about reconciling with your past, moving forward and taking action so that the trauma and darkness of the past can be overcome with help from others. Convesely, I feel like that makes Wanda Maximoff's arc even worse, especially as it doesn't seem like any of the surviving Avengers came to support and be there for her following the death of the Vision.
Should Sebastian Stan play Luke Skywalker?
As the New Republic era picks up and starts to culmiante with a major conflict involving the Grand Admiral Thrawn and the Imperial Remnant, it makes sense for Luke Skywalker to make future appearances involving more action with extended roles compared to what's been seen via CGI de-aging. With that in mind, I think I'd rather see Luke being recast with Sebastian Stan, something Mark Hamill wants to see happen (and the two actors have allegedly talked about it). I think this would be better than the CGI/finding some contrived excuse to explain Luke's absence.
I couldn't be happier about Conan O'Brien being in Toy Story 5.
After Conan O'Brien's immense success hosting the Oscars, his HBO series, and the ongoing love for his podcast, I feel like he's finally beginning to earn his due appreciation. I've been saying for years that Conan is one of the funniest people alive. I really hope he gets a sizable role in the movie.
Is Superman being weak in the DCU movie a sign that James Gunn understands him?
James Gunn's Superman movie trailers have repeatedly shown David Corenswet's Superman getting beaten up and bleeding. While Superman is usually shown to be an extremely powerful hero who can't be hurt by much, I think Gunn is using this shocking move to show us how he understands the character. By giving Superman so many adversities, Clark Kent's humanity comes out more, and since that is truly the best part of the Man of Steel — his desire to do good and help others with his immense powers — James Gunn's Superman movie is on point.
What's your favorite Star Wars era of storytelling?
The various eras of the Star Wars galaxy are all fascinating in their own way, each one having epic stories. However, my favorites include the Clone Wars, Galactic Civil War, and The Dark Times. That said, I would love it if Lucasfilm started exploring the Old Republic further in the official canon.
Is the Lilo & Stitch initial Rotten Tomatoes score surprising?
Lilo & Stitch (2025) has debuted on Rotten Tomatoes with a score of 73% after 44 reviews. This is a little bit surprising considering how well-loved the animated version is, and how good Stitch has looked in the trailers and promotions by Disney. That said, the live-action remakes tend to struggle a lot, with Disney never really finding the perfect balance between shot-for-shot recreations and new or adjusted scenes.
Which The Last Of Us porch scene is the best: the game version or the live-action version?
The Last Of Us season 2, episode 6 features the emotional porch scene, in which Joel and Ellie have a heart-to-heart conversation about forgiveness and the events surrounding the Fireflies. While it differs slightly from the conversation that is had in The Last Of Us Part II (mostly because Ellie learns the truth from Joel), it has a similar impact on the story. I love them both for different reasons, but honestly, the series version is my favorite. It could just be recency bias, as I have not played the game through since 2020, but also Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey give so much of themselves at that moment that it is impossible not to turn into a sobbing mess while watching - especially as a parent.

Which game hooked you unexpectedly?
We all have a game that we didn't expect to get on with, but ended up loving. Sometimes, these titles are ones completely outside of your wheelhouse that you unexpectedly get invested in, or there are others that are very much your kind of game, but for some reason, you think you won't enjoy. For me, it's Balatro. I love playing card games physically, but never got on with card video games. However, once I picked it up, I couldn't put it down. In my first week, I sank over 70 hours into it.
I love this one new tweak to the Doom formula in The Dark Ages.
After dropping on Xbox Game Pass last week, I was able to put some hours in on Doom: The Dark Ages over the weekend, and while it is still generally a fast-paced first-person shooter, one tweak to the formula that came with the prequel that I absolutely love is the shield mechanic. While the Doom Slayer's resilience without it was certainly part of the fun of playing the character, I feel as though the shield actually highlights there being something of a challenge to the new game, and makes for some more intriguing combat strategy compared to the classic run-and-gun of the past.

"You Can't Win Without Taking Your Lumps" Shemar Moore Discusses His Excitement For S.W.A.T. Spinoff Following The Season 8 Cancelation
Shemar Moore from S.W.A.T maybe leaving the show that ran for 8 seasons behind but he's returning as Daniel "Hondo" Harrelson for S.W.A.T Exiles.
