It has been co-created by expert working groups from all EU Member States under the coordination of the Quantum Technology Coordination Group (QTCG). Designed as a collective effort, this document is a foundational input from the Member States to inform and shape the forthcoming European Quantum Strategy. As a result, it ensures that national perspectives and expertise are fully integrated into the Union’s strategic direction on this critical forthcoming strategy.

This report is also in line with the recently opened Call for evidence on EU Quantum Strategy, through which the Commission would like to gather feedback that will inform the drafting of the future Quantum Strategy.
