Seoul Dragon City announced on the 20th that it has launched premium kimchi "Seoul Dragon City Abandoned Kimchi," which contains the know-how of hotel Korean food chefs.

While domestic luxury hotel industries such as Walkerhill, Chosun, and Lotte hotels are entering the kimchi market one after another, Seoul Dragon City has also joined the premium kimchi market.

Seoul Dragon City operates four hotels of Accor Group in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

The new product is kimchi in the form of Home Meal Replacement (HMR) made by a chef specializing in Korean food in Seoul Dragon City after a long time of research. It is authentic central kimchi that combines deep umami and flavor based on a clean and light taste.

All the ingredients used in kimchi are domestic. The hotel explained that fresh agricultural products harvested from major domestic productions nationwide, including cabbage, radish, red pepper powder, garlic, and onions, were carefully used.

Dried kelp and anchovies were brewed to enhance the taste of the broth, and bunting was added to enhance the rich and rich flavor. It added subtle sweetness and aroma with green onions and dried shiitake mushrooms, and the pear was ground to preserve the cool and clean taste of the soup. The hotel explained that the more chestnuts were added and chewed, the more savory the aftertaste was realized.

Kimchi is sold in 4kg capacity so that it can be purchased by families. It can be purchased through the official website of Seoul Dragon City and online, and plans to expand its market to various e-commerce (e-commerce) channels in the future. The price is 43,000 won.

Kimchi is produced at a manufacturing facility certified by HACCP and delivered to its own specialized delivery system.

In addition to kimchi, Seoul Dragon City is expanding its HMR product line, including desserts. Recently, chocolate cake was introduced, and the popular Red Velvet cake is also available online. The price is 42,000 won.
