Dubai: The Select Group has bought the Radisson Blu Hotel in Dubai Media City in a deal valued at over Dh200 million. This is the second major hotel property deal happening in that part of the city, with Bank Muscat recently selling a Movenpick hotel to the Arenco Group.

For Select, it adds to a collection of properties within the area. As one of the leading private developers in Dubai Marina, it recently acquired the stalled ‘Pentominium’ high-rise location in Dubai Marina through an auction.
