Samsung Asset Management announced on the 27th that it will list a new 'KODEX US Financial Tech Active' ETF that focuses on U.S. innovative financial companies.

The ETF was designed as the underlying index based on the "ISELECT U.S. Next Generation Financial Tech" developed by NH Investment & Securities.

Among the next-generation financial technology-related financial companies, it includes companies that have grown rapidly with innovative business models. The portfolio of this product consists of innovative financial companies such as △ e-commerce payment service platform △ online and offline mobile payment service △ BNPL (post-payment payment service using big data) △ Fintech platform.

The Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) Group, the world's largest derivatives exchange, is representative of Nubank's parent company, Nubank, which has grown by providing digital banking and fintech services in Latin America. It includes Visa, an e-commerce platform with blockchain payment technology, Shopify, which also provides payment systems and financial services, and BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager and issuer of the Bitcoin spot ETF iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT).

In addition, it consists of PayPal Holdings, which provides online payment and remittance services, restaurant-only payment and management platform "Toast," BNPL platform No. 1 operator "Affirm Holdings," and "Global Payments," which provides intercompany payment services.

The ETF will be actively operated to invest in key digital financial technology companies and companies with potential for growth as innovation platforms in the future to secure growth momentum while responding to changes in U.S. digital financial policy.
