Sabre Corporation a key technology provider in the global travel sector, is incorporating Nok Air, one of Thailand’s leading low-cost airlines, into its Global Distribution System (GDS).

This partnership will boost Nok Air’s presence within Sabre’s vast travel marketplace, expanding its reach to travel agents, corporate clients, and travelers alike. The inclusion of Nok Air’s content underscores Sabre’s dedication to offering a diverse selection of budget airline options, enabling travel agents to create more appealing deals for their customers, ultimately driving increased bookings and revenue.

“We’re thrilled to bring Nok Air’s extensive route network and service offerings to a wider audience through Sabre,” said “By making our content available via Sabre’s GDS, we’re broadening our global and market segment reach and ensuring both leisure and corporate travellers have more ways to discover and book our flights.”

Founded in 2004, Nok Air has built a broad network both within Thailand and across important regional locations. The airline further extends its reach with codeshare partnerships and its fly-n-ferry service, offering seamless travel to Thailand’s islands that lack direct air connectivity. With Sabre’s multi-source content platform, travel agencies can effortlessly compare, book, and manage a variety of travel options, including traditional EDIFACT offerings, New Distribution Capability (NDC), and low-cost carriers.

“This is the first time that Nok Air has offered its content through a GDS which is testament to the value Sabre’s global marketplace brings for our airline and agency partners,” said . “By adding Nok Air to our growing portfolio of budget carrier content, we’re expanding the range of options available through Sabre’s multi-source content platform and enabling the airline to connect with new audiences through our global travel marketplace.”
