Relentless Collision’s Raleigh location has earned the distinction of being the only Mercedes-Benz Electric Certified Collision Center in North Carolina.
Owned and operated by Quality Collision Group (QCG), the Raleigh facility now joins an elite network of certified shops nationwide, equipped to handle the complex needs of electric Mercedes-Benz models. The certification signals compliance with stringent training, equipment and repair procedures set by the automaker.

Relentless Collision currently holds 18 manufacturer and industry-recognized certifications, including approvals from Tesla, Rivian, BMW, Alfa Romeo, Lexus, Jaguar and Mercedes-Benz Elite.
Technicians at the Raleigh shop are factory trained and use advanced diagnostic tools to deliver dealership-level service with an emphasis on safety, technology and precision craftsmanship. The shop is part of a trio of Relentless Collision facilities in North Carolina, alongside locations in Cary and Durham.
