Rajasthan IAS Reshuffle: Rajasthan Transfers 62 IAS Officers in Major Bureaucratic Reshuffle, ET Government
Additional Chief Secretary (ACS)-Finance Akhil Arora and ACS-Home Anand Kumar, who were appointed during the previous government, have been replaced.

JAIPUR: The state government made a major bureaucratic reshuffle late Sunday night, transferring 62 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers. Additional Chief Secretary (ACS)-Finance Akhil Arora and ACS-Home Anand Kumar, who were appointed during the previous government, have been replaced. Bhaskar A. Sawant has been appointed as ACS-Home, while Principal Secretary Vaibhav Galriya has been given charge of the Finance Department.
Alok Gupta, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, has been assigned the Industries Department. Ajitabh Sharma, who previously held that position, will now serve as Principal Secretary, Energy Department. Three Divisional Commissioners and Collectors of 10 districts have been changed, including both the Divisional Commissioner and Collector of Bharatpur. However, no replacement has been appointed for the removed Jhunjhunu Collector.
The last major IAS reshuffle took place in January last year. In the new list, Director General of Indira Gandhi Panchayati Raj Institute Subodh Agarwal has been appointed Chairman and Managing Director of Rajasthan Financial Corporation. ACS Kuldeep Ranka, previously with the Social Justice and Empowerment Department, has been shifted to Higher and Technical Education. Aparna Arora has been appointed in his place. ACS Sandeep Verma has been given charge of Skill, Entrepreneurship, and Employment, and Kunjilal Meena has been appointed to the Tribal Area Development Department.
Tina Soni has been appointed Divisional Commissioner of Bharatpur, Vishram Meena for Bikaner, and Shakti Singh Rathore for Ajmer. Collectors appointed include Qamar Ul Zaman Choudhary (Bharatpur), Kanaram (Sawai Madhopur), Kalpana Agarwal (Tonk), Piyush Samariya (Kota), Priyanka Goswami (Kotputli-Behror), Dr. Khushal Yadav (Hanumangarh), Arun Kumar Haseeja (Rajsamand), Kamal Ram Meena (Beawar), Sweta Chauhan (Phalodi), and Mahendra Khadagawat (Didwana-Kuchaman).
