Possible thunderstorms expected as rain moves south from the North Bay - CBS San Francisco
The National Weather Service forecast for the greater San Francisco Bay Area for Sunday calls for cloudy and rainy skies.
The NWS expects light showers in the North Bay Sunday morning. More intense rain and/or thunderstorms are expected in the afternoon and evening as the rain moves south and into Monday morning.
Daytime highs will be mostly in the high 50s to low 60s on the coast, in the high 50s to mid 60s around the bay, and in the low to mid 60s inland. Overnight lows will be mostly in the mid 40s to low 50s.

There are also chances of light rain on Wednesday and late next week.
