The teams have now bigger motivation at this stage of Regular Season. Every game can be crucial and decide about teams' position at the end of Regular Season. The round was exceptionally exciting as three games ended with a tiny margin. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The game between second ranked Trefl (18-9) and seventh ranked Gornik (15-12) was the most important one in the last round on Saturday night.

Trefl was defeated by Gornik in a tough game in Walbrzych 75-83. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Trefl. Gornik looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. 26 personal fouls committed by Trefl helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a great evening for Latvian forward Janis Berzins (201-1993) who led his team to a victory scoring 18 points and 9 rebounds. The former international center Dariusz Wyka (209-1991) helped adding 4 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. The best for the losing side was the former international point guard Jakub Schenk (184-1994) with 13 points and 4 assists. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Gornik moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Czarni. Trefl at the other side keeps the second position with nine games lost. Gornik is looking forward to face GTK (#13) in Gliwice in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Trefl will play at home against Dziki (#10) and is hoping to win this game.
Very important is a home loss of third ranked Legia (16-11) against thirteenth ranked GTK (10-17) on Saturday night. Host Legia was edged by GTK in a tough game in Warszawa 84-87. It was an exceptional evening for Slovakian point guard Mario Ihring (193-1998, agency: Octagon Europe) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 8 rebounds and 11 assists. Christopher Czerapowicz accounted for 13 points and 7 rebounds. American-Guyanese Kameron McGusty (197-1997, college: Miami, FL) came up with 29 points and 4 steals for Legia in the defeat. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. GTK moved-up to twelfth place, which they share with Zastal. Legia at the other side keeps the third position with 11 games lost. They share it with King and Start. GTK will play against higher ranked Gornik (#7) in Walbrzych in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Legia will play on the road against Arka (#14) in Gdynia and hopes to get back on the winning track.
Very important is a home loss of third ranked Wilki Morskie (16-11) against eleventh ranked Stal (11-16) on Sunday night. Host Wilki Morskie was defeated by Stal in a tough game in Szczecin 100-104. Americans were the main players on the court. The best player for the winners was Jalen Riley who scored 26 points and 4 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was Isaiah Whitehead who recorded 26 points and 4 assists. Wilki Morskie's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Stal maintains eleventh place with 11-16 record. Loser Wilki Morskie keeps the third position with 11 games lost. They share it with Legia and Start. Stal will meet MKS (#15) in the next round. King will play against the league's leader Anwil (#1) where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.

There were no shocking results in the rest of the games of round 27: Zastal won against Dziki on the opponent's court 85-83. Arriva P.Cukier managed to outperform Arka in a home game 96-94. Slask was rolled over Anwil on the road 97-70. Spojnia was defeated by MKS on its own court 74-79. Start was smashed by Czarni in Slupsk 79-56.
The most impressive stats of the last round was 19 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists by Alex Stein of Czarni.

Dziki - Zastal 83-85

There was a minor upset in Warszawa where 10th ranked Dziki (12-15) was edged by twelfth ranked Zastal (10-17)
