The brothers behind a catering operation and farmers market stand are opening a restaurant at Fisherman’s Terminal. Pidgin Cooperative will specialize in ramen, but they plan to serve other comfort food like burgers and fish and chips. It will also be a worker’s coop, meaning all employees share ownership and collectively make decisions for the business.
