Aerial photographs of an expensive villa allegedly owned by Bernard Antwi Boasiako, also known as Chairman Wontumi, have appeared online, fueling speculation about the controversial politician and businessman's fortune and lifestyle. The property, which is located in the posh Agric-Nzema district of Kwadaso in the Ashanti Region, is thought to be one of the region's most lavish private residences.

The property, which has been circulating on social media, is claimed to have around 70 air conditioning units dispersed across its many rooms and sections—a fact that has garnered a lot of attention due to its size and excess. Though precise architectural elements are unknown, the aerial picture shows a huge complex resembling high-end luxury residences.

According to sources in the neighborhood, the property is valued between $5 million and $7 million, making it one of Ghana's most costly private properties. While the actual date of construction is unknown, its size and location indicate that it was created with luxury and importance in mind.

Chairman Wontumi, the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), is well-known for his flamboyant public presence and outspoken political comments. His name is frequently mentioned in Ghanaian media due to his prominent participation in the party and his economic endeavors, which include media and mining.

The revelation of the image of the property coincides with Wontumi apparently experiencing a number of obstacles, including intra-party conflicts and legal scrutiny, heightening public interest in his private holdings. Wontumi and his associates have not publicly addressed the photograph or discussed ownership or valuation data.

The snapshot, which was first published on social media, has rekindled discussions about political people and the riches they accumulate while serving in public office. The property's opulence has also generated broader concerns about transparency, accountability, and the widening wealth divide in Ghana's political scene.

As public debate about the property continues, many people are waiting for official clarity on who owns it and how such a large estate was funded.
