Peppa Pig fans have likely heard the news by now: she’s getting another sibling. If you’re wondering when you’ll get to meet the newest member of the famous pig family, we got you covered. 

Parents has learned exclusively that the piglet will make its debut on May 30, 2025, when Peppa Meets The Baby Cinema Experience hits theaters. 

Get ready for some "oinktastic" entertainment.

The hour-long feature, appearing in more than 2,600 theaters across 14 countries, will feature 10 new episodes of Peppa Pig. There will also be six new songs and music videos. More surprises will be unveiled throughout the spring, such as the baby pig’s sex and name.

"For years, Peppa Pig has been at the forefront of creating engaging, immersive experiences for preschoolers," Esra Cafer, Hasbro’s SVP of Franchise Strategy and Management, Preschool, and Fashion, tells Parents. "The Peppa Meets the Baby Cinema Experience builds on this legacy and invites families to be part of their biggest adventure yet—welcoming a new baby."

Peppa and her family will deal with typical challenges that arise when a new baby comes, such as diaper changes and upgrading their car to fit the entire family. Families will also witness how Peppa and George make space for their little sibling. Cafer promises there will be sweet moments and valuable life lessons.

Like previous Peppa Pig cinema releases, including 2017’s My First Cinema Experience and 2024's Peppa’s Cinema Party, you can expect a playful, music-filled vibe. "This time? It’s bigger, more heartwarming, and packed with even more to enjoy as a family," says Cafer.

Like many siblings welcoming a newborn, Peppa and George are going to experience a whirlwind of emotions. Those include joy, excitement, jealousy, and confusion.

“But through it all, there are moments of sweetness as Peppa shows George the ropes of being a big sibling," says Cafer. "Expect a lovely mix of fun, laughter, and family firsts as they discover what it means to share their love and space with a new family member."

A big theme during this new chapter for Peppa and her family is learning how to handle big feelings that often come with change.

"Peppa and George will learn how to understand and manage their emotions and take on new roles in the family," says Cafer.

Their parents will also have things to work through, too. Mummy Pig is handling an evolving career, something many new parents can relate to, while Daddy Pig will explore his creative side.

"It’s a beautiful story about family, change, and growing together, all wrapped up in that signature Peppa charm fans know and love," adds Cafer.
