Oscars 2025 nominations: According to the Academy's most recent statement, the 2025 Oscar nominations will be announced on January 23, 2025. In accordance with Indian standard time, the awards ceremony is scheduled for March 3. The presentation is going to be held live from the Academy's Samuel Goldwyn Theater. The Academy states, “ Join us on Thursday, January 23rd, at 8:30 AM ET / 5:30 AM PT to see who is headed to the 97th Oscars. Stream on Oscar.com, Oscars.org, ABC, Hulu, Disney+ or the Academy’s TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.”

The time for Indians is 7 PM on January 23, 2025.

Oscars 2025 nominations hosts are Bowen Yang and Rachel Sennott.

Bowen Yang is a writer, comedian, podcaster, and actor from the United States. Prior to the 44th season of the NBC sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live, Yang was hired to join the writing team in September 2018. In contrast, Sennott became well-known for leading parts in the comedies Shiva Baby, Bodies Bodies Bodies, Bottoms, and I Used to Be Funny.

Originally, the Oscar nominations were set for January 17. However, the terrible wildfires in Los Angeles caused them to be postponed.
