The successful candidate will oversee the 8th edition of Spier Light Art, which will take place at the historic Spier Wine Farm in Stellenbosch from March to April 2026.

This 11-month, part-time contract will commence in July 2025.

The project manager will manage the production and installation of Spier Light Art. To ensure the successful delivery of the event, the manager will work closely with curators Jay Pather and Vaughn Sadie, the LIGHT PLACE administration team, and the Spier marketing and grounds team.

Artist and curatorial coordination

• On-site monitoring of installations throughout the exhibition period, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Oversee the de-installation and return of artworks.
