LOS ANGELES, CA – June 24, 2025 – Off Hours Bourbon and La Colombe Coffee Workshop are joining forces to ignite creativity behind the bar with a mixology competition celebrating the dynamic pairing of bourbon and coffee.This enthralling campaign spotlights the versatility of both brands, demonstrating the endless possibilities for crafting delicious and innovative beverages.

"We're thrilled to collaborate with La Colombe® coffee to showcase both the flavors and limitless potential of combining our exceptional bourbon with their premium coffee and dispelling the traditional rules of how people enjoy these drinks."

The competition invites mixologists and bartenders to showcase their talent by developing original cocktails that harmoniously blend the smooth, approachable character of Off Hours Bourbon with the distinctive profiles of select La Colombe® coffee offerings including new offering, S’mores Draft Latte® drink, and their rich 32 ounce Cold Brew Concentrate.

To enter the competition, interested mixologists and bartenders 21+ can register via the Off Hours portal. Once their unique Off Hours and La Colombe cocktail is crafted and artfully presented, participants will enter the competition by sharing their creation through the portal as well as on Instagram, tagging both @DrinkOffHours and @LaColombeCoffee. The top three finalists will receive exciting cash prizes – $5,000 awarded to first place, $3,500 to second, and $1,500 to third. The talented first place winner will receive the opportunity to have their cocktail recipe published. 

In addition to the competition, Off Hours will bring the campaign to life through joint tasting events across a robust selection of states, including California, Texas, Nevada, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, New York, and Tennessee. These events will offer consumers a firsthand experience of the exciting flavor combinations possible with Off Hours Bourbon and La Colombe coffee.
