Hon. Kukuru, Benjamin popularly called Ebis, a prominent PDP Chieftain, a political leader, and businessman from Warri North Local Government Area has described The This Day Newspaper / Arise TV Network Governor of the Year Award 2024, conferred on His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, the Executive Governor of Delta State as a well-deserved recognition for visionary leadership and exemplary governance.
Hon Kukuru Benjamin aka Ebis lauded the Governor’s achievement, stating that the Award represents “a sure promise of greater things to come” for Delta State.

“Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has proven to be a man of his word,” Hon Kukuru Benjamin said. “The MORE Agenda—which prioritizes Meaningful development, Opportunities for all, Realistic reforms, and Enhanced peace and security—has set Delta State on a path of unprecedented growth. Hon Kukuru Benjamin aka Ebis took the opportunity to highlight some of the Governor’s landmark achievements that have resonated positively with Deltans across the state.

Infrastructure Development: Under Governor Oborevwori’s leadership, the state has witnessed significant improvements in road infrastructure, with rural and urban communities benefiting from accessible and durable roads that have enhanced trade commerce and industries.
