1-2 cups of rolled oats, a teaspoon of chia seeds and raisins or sabja seeds, chopped almonds, and dates, half a tablespoon of honey and a cup of chopped fruits.
She likes to slow cook on a low flame flame. It helps improve the creamy texture of oats and also retain its nutrients.
She likes to sweeten her oats naturally. Add honey and fresh fruits for added sweetness. It helps promote glowing skin.
Now, add a tablespoon of almond butter, soaked raisins and chia seeds to the oats. This will give an added protein boost.
Now, top the oatmeal with chopped strawberries, banana mango and berries. Have this every day for breakfast.
