Moritz Wagner

Orlando Magic confirmed in their roster 28-year old German international power forward Moritz Wagner (6'11''-244lbs-1997, college: Michigan) for upcoming 2025-26 season. He has played there for the last four seasons. He helped them to win the Southeast Division title.
In 2018 he was drafted by Los Angeles Lakers in first round (25th overall). The former University of Michigan standout is in his eighth season in pro basketball.
Wagner has been also a member of the German international program for some years. He has regularly played for the German senior team since 2021 and previously for the Under 20 National Team back in 2017.
Wagner also represented Germany at the FIBA Olympic Games in Paris (France) last year. His team got to the Semifinals and he had almost 10 points per game.
He has played previously for five other teams: Chicago Bulls, Boston Celtics, LA Lakers, Washington Wizards and Washington Wizards.
Wagner was Big Ten All-Tournament Team back in 2018.
