Bringing the trio of Mohanlal, Mammootty, and Nayanthara for the first time, Mahesh Narayanan’s next project has garnered ample attention. While reports of the Lady Superstar joining the Malayalam superstars for their upcoming untitled film have been doing the rounds for quite some, recently, confirming the details, a video was released where the actress was seen joining the actors at the shoot of the film, which is currently being referred to as MMMN.

On Sunday, Producer Anto Joseph took to Instagram to share this exciting news with fans who are eagerly waiting to the see the three superstars create magic on the silver screen. In the video shared by Joseph, Mammootty and the team of the film is seen giving a warm welcome to Nayanthara, as the actors are also seen bonding at the reunion. The actress, who has shared screen space with the Malayalam superstar in the past in films like Rappakal, Bhaskar The Rascal, Puthiya Niyamam, among others, was seen having a heartfelt conversation with the star. Meanwhile, the video didn’t feature Mohanlal, leaving the latter’s fans a tad bit disappointed.

MMMN has been in news ever since its announcement. Apart from the trio, the film also stars Fahadh Faasil, Kunchako Boban in key roles.  In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, filmmaker Mahesh Narayanan had opened up about how the entire cast came together and said, “I have always wanted to make all sorts of films, and this was an idea I've had for quite some time. Initially, it was supposed to star just Mammoooty sir, and Fahadh (Faasil) was going to make the film with me as a producer. However, due to his dates and other issues, Fahadh then came in as an actor and we got Mohanlal sir also onboard. I have written the script, and I wanted to explore Mammootty and Mohanlal's acting within my style of filmmaking. More than this being a fanboy moment of any sorts, I look at it as a fantastic collaboration; they all committed to the project because they liked the script, and the fact that it's a writer-driven film.”

In the same interview, Mahesh also insisted that the film is not based on true events and assured fans that despite the starry cast, it will feature the actors in full-fledged roles with ample screen space.
