On Thursday, June 26,2025, Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Detectives and the Sheriff’s Neighborhood Enforcement Team (SNET) executed a search warrant in the 8000 block of 1st Avenue South, Birmingham, Alabama.  An arrest and seizures were made.

Marcus Latrell Johnson, age, 26.  Johnson has been charges with two counts of Drug Trafficking with bonds of $100,000.00 and $50,000.00; Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance with a $7,500.00 bond; and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with a $500.00.

11.5 grams of Fentanyl/Meth Compound; 1,146 grams of Marijuana and .3 grams of Oxycodone
