, -- Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (MMNA) today reported second-quarter 2025 sales of 22,116, driving the brand's year-to-date total sales to 53,753, an increase of 5.1% over the first half of 2024. This is MMNA's best first-half start to the year since 2019.
The brand's flagship model, Outlander, was redesigned for the 2025 model year, and continued to be MMNA's volume leader with 7,821 sales for the quarter.
Bright spots across the quarter included Eclipse Cross with 4,534 sales, up nearly 80% over Q2 2024, and Outlander Sport with 4,968 sales, up nearly 50%.
Outlander Plug-in Hybrid continues to be an attractive choice for electric-curious customers, posting an increase of 6.3% year-to-date. Mirage, which has ceased production, continues to sell down existing dealer inventory. Year-to-date sales of 10,719 are up 8.7% for the first half of the year.
