According to TikTokers who showed up to support the family, Milly's son, Brian, left with the permit.
From the videos shown on live TikTok, cars were parked near the gate, leaving those who arrived to view the body stranded.
"He left with the permit, that is why all cars have been locked inside. Brian has already left, so we cannot be allowed to leave without him showing the permit," said one of the TikTokers.
Milly's body was still held up in one of the vehicles as the family and friends waited for Brian to return.
Those who were briefly stranded stepped out of their cars to socialise as they shared moments they had with Milly.
Milly's family narrated that she underwent surgery to remove a cyst that was bleeding, but later suffered kidney failure.
The doctors gave her treatment that was supposed to help her before they considered dialysis, but her condition worsened.
When they rushed her to the hospital, the doctors tried everything possible to stabilise her, but she died.
During a previous meeting, the family asked for prayers as they prepared to give the celebrated TikToker a decent send-off.
Days after her death, a video emerged of Milly criticising her family and stating that she would want to be cremated when she dies.
She shared a video showing off bananas someone had gifted her and questioned why families do not support each other.
Milly also cautioned her family not to hold a fundraiser and instead give out that money to the less fortunate, rather than waste it on her funeral.
According to the deceased, her family had not been supportive, so she didn't expect them to show up and show her love after she died.
Many social media users asked her family to consider her wishes even as they planned her funeral.
