Mike Tomlin flies in Alabama BBQ for Steelers dinner with Aaron Rodgers, coaching staff
Say what you want about Mike Tomlin — but no one can deny his love for the Steelers organization.
Tomlin’s recent acts of generosity made headlines over the past few days — as the longtime head coach hosted Steelers players and coaches at his home for a catered dinner, including newly signed QB Aaron Rodgers.

Kelvin Reynolds of WRBC reported that Woodrow Washington — owner of Archibald’s BBQ and Archibald & Woodrow’s in West Alabama — claimed to have been hired by Tomlin to cook at his home in Pittsburgh for the event.
Reynolds said the owner and his staff took pictures with Tomlin, several Steelers coaches, and Rodgers.
Washington shared with Reynolds that Tomlin has visited the restaurant during Alabama’s Pro Days over the past few years — and clearly, the Steelers head coach loves the food enough to bring it out to Pittsburgh.
