'Metro..In Dino' trailer OUT: Aditya Roy Kapur is called a commitment phobic man-child by Sara Ali Khan; the multi-starrer delves into the complexities in love stories amidst the city life - VIDEO

The trailer for Metro… In Dino, directed by Anurag Basu, has finally dropped—and it’s already creating a buzz among fans. Featuring a stellar ensemble including Aditya Roy Kapur and Sara Ali Khan, this urban romantic drama is all set to hit the big screen on July 4. The trailer kicks off with a light-hearted cab ride shared by Aditya and Sara, whose characters begin as friends. But as moments unfold, emotions deepen, and love quietly finds its way in. The film then shows us a montage of the love stories of these other couples - Konkona Sen Sharma and Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal and Fatima Sana Sheikh, Anupam Kher and Neena Gupta. The film explores the complexities in the love story of all these four couples and the trailed is intriguing, backed further by some soulful music from Pritam.

The film does make us nostalgic about the first part, 'Life In a Metro' and that vibe also seems to exist in this one.

Adding to the growing excitement, the film’s first song, "Zamaana Lage", has struck a chord with listeners. A collaboration between musical genius Pritam and vocal powerhouses Arijit Singh and Shashwat Singh, the track is a melodic ballad that seamlessly binds the multiple narratives of the film. The music video offers fleeting yet impactful glimpses into the characters’ emotional journeys.

We see Sara and Aditya’s chemistry bloom in quiet, tender moments—like when he walks her to the metro. Meanwhile, Konkona Sen Sharma’s character wrestles with vulnerability as Pankaj Tripathi’s character expresses affection toward her. A spiritual successor to Life in a... Metro (2007), Metro… In Dino promises another poignant look at love, longing, and life in the chaos of a modern city. With its emotional storytelling and soulful music, the film is already shaping up to be a heartfelt cinematic experience.
