Applications are now open for the 2025 Llama Impact Accelerator, an AI-focused program supporting startups in Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, and Senegal. The initiative aims to help founders build scalable, locally relevant solutions using Meta’s open-source Llama language models.

The 8-month program includes a 6-week intensive accelerator and six months of post-program support. Startups working in sectors such as healthcare, agriculture, education, safety, and public services are encouraged to apply.

Participants will receive technical training, expert mentorship, and access to equity-free funding of up to $25,000. Top teams will be invited to pitch for up to $100,000 at the Africa, Middle East, and Turkey (AMET) Llama Summit and may qualify for global grants.

Key Dates:

  • Demo Days: Sept–Oct 2025
  • Post-program support: Oct 2025–March 2026
