According to the official synopsis, the upcoming sixteenth episode of the popular legal drama will be titled “The Johnson Case.” Serving as a reboot of the original 1986 series of the same name, Matlock follows the titular lead, Madeline Kingston, as she vows to avenge her daughter’s death by infiltrating the law firm she believes is behind the crime. The series stars Kathy Bates as the protagonist alongside Skye P. Marshall, Jason Ritter, David Del Rio, Leah Lewis, and more.
