Sunday's Manchester derby, which pits the city's two big clubs against each other, is unlikely to bring the same hype as in previous games due to both teams' disappointing 2024/25 campaigns.
Man City have struggled to defend their Premier League title, while Man United have hovered above the relegation zone for the majority of the season.
Pep Guardiola's side are still fighting for a Champions League spot. They are fifth in the Premier League with eight games to go.
Meanwhile, Ruben Amorim's team are 13th with 37 points. The Red Devils are heading for their worst season in the Premier League era.
Neville and Carragher expect Sunday's derby to end in a draw.
"United have done well in big games, haven’t they?" Neville said on The Overlap, via The Mirror. "Against Arsenal, Liverpool and Man City [this season], United have done pretty well in those games."
The former Man United captain then gave his and Liverpool legend's prediction for the clash. "I think it could be a draw," he said. "I think 1-1 but we will say 2-2."

Amorim has defeated the Spaniard twice this season. He led Sporting CP to an emphatic 4-1 win over the English champions in the Champions League and then his win as Man United boss in December in the Premier League.
"We want to win this game, we want to improve in the league table and especially we want to win games. We are going to have full focus on this game," Amorim said via MEN. "I think we have bigger problems than Manchester City...It will be a difficult match."
Guardiola has won the last four league titles, a record in the Premier League era. He made a brief comment about Sunday's showdown.
"The last two games we were good and hopefully we continue in the last eight games in the Premier League and prepare. The people rest and tomorrow we're going to prepare the game," via MEN.
Kevin De Bruyne's announcement dominated the headlines on Friday. The 33-year-old will leave the club at the end of the season and will play his final Manchester derby.
earlier reported that Amorim sent a congratulatory message to Kevin De Bruyne after his exit announcement.
The Portuguese included a cheeky dig in his brief message for the legendary midfielder.
