The Learjet 55 reportedly had six people aboard, including a child patient, according to Jet Rescue, the air ambulance company operating the flight, per CNN.

“At this time, we cannot confirm any survivors. No names are being released at this time until family members have been notified,” the company said in a statement. “Our immediate concern is for the patient’s family, our personnel, their families and other victims that may have been hurt on the ground. More information will be released as it becomes available.”

Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro said Friday that he had spoken to the mayor of Philadelphia and that local fire and police were responding to the incident.

“We are offering all Commonwealth resources as they respond to the small private plane crash in Northeast Philly. We’ll continue to provide updates as more information is available,” he said.

The FAA said the National Transportation Safety Board would investigate the crash.

The crash comes just days after a collision between a military helicopter and a commercial airplane near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport killed 67 people.
