Injury: Torn right ACL
Expected return: First half of May
Status: The Braves want to do whatever they can to avoid the lingering discomfort that existed when Acuña returned near the end of April 2022, approximately 10 months after tearing his left ACL. (Last updated: March 21)

OF Jurickson Profar
Injury: Jammed left wrist
Expected return: March 20
Status: Profar, who jammed his wrist attempting a sliding catch in left-center on March 8, returned to the Braves’ lineup on March 20. The Braves believe there is enough time for Profar to be ready for Opening Day on March 27. (Last updated: March 20)

C Sean Murphy
Injury: Cracked left rib
Expected return: First half of April
Status: The Braves said Murphy will miss 4-6 weeks after getting hit with a pitch on Feb. 28. (Last updated: March 3) Read more >>

RHP Joe Jiménez
Injury: Left knee surgery
Expected return: Will not return before August and could miss all of 2025
Status: Doctors found significant cartilage damage while evaluating the setup man’s knee in October. (Last updated: Feb. 10)
