The young lady, who had already received the service, was captured seated in the salon looking troubled but maintaining a brave face as the attendants demanded payment.

Dressed in a black top, blue jeans, and red sandals, the woman sat quietly while other clients were being attended to by hairdressers wearing pink branded t-shirts.

However, the tension in the room was evident as the salon attendants insisted on receiving their payment before allowing her to leave.

According to Wangui, the person who shared the video, the woman had expected to receive money from someone to settle her bill before the service was completed.

Unfortunately, the money never arrived, leaving her stranded at the salon. The bill in question was reportedly KSh 1,000, an amount she was unable to pay at that moment.

In the video, the woman was seen trying to stand up, but the attendants restrained her, insisting she remain seated.

At one point, a staff member threatened to call security officers, which seemingly angered her.

"Call security officers. I'm not paying now. I am not paying," she defiantly responded.

Another clip showed the situation escalating, with the woman attempting to make a phone call, likely to request help, but the call did not go through.

She remained in the salon from mid-morning until late evening, with no clear resolution.

The video has since gone viral, with many netizens offering mixed opinions.
