The Kenyan Government has given the green light to Somaliland to set up a Liaison Office in Nairobi. Somaliland President Abdirahman Mohamed Abdillahi, who jetted into the country on Monday, officially launched the mission in Runda, Nairobi, after an official nod from the Foreign Affairs Ministry. He noted that the mission will serve as a diplomatic representation in Kenya, facilitating trade, consular services and political engagements.
